@Punkrock3011 It does that because of a non-recognisable game disc, for example if you put an Xbox Game or a PC game in it it will show that. :)

THe Disc cannot read the PS2 so yeah, just put another in and bam!

@geomartinchalissery Check inside your PS2, clean the disc lens, or your DVD's are scratched to hell...

If it's not that, your PS2 is fucked.

once i was playing and this appeared on the screen i turn off the game and shut it down i went to sleep woke up and looked at the screen and it appeared again with the sound that happend no lie it can happen unless you throw your ps2 out of the window it will appear and kill you

The "Red Screen of Death" is just a nickname for it. Rarely ever does the console actually "die" when this happens. Just like the "Blue Screen of Death" on many versions of Microsoft Windows, the OS never really "dies" when that happens.
