I know this is a bit late but I just saw this and thought that as a Venezuelan nerdfighter, I should lend my helpt. "Aló Presidente" is pronounced very similarly to how you said it... except the "lo" should be the stronger of the 2 syllables, ah-LO. That and the s in presidente is a strong s, think the s in Snape.
