It's Chingon (From Mejico) who performed it, however the song is from Spain, hence why it is about a graceful woman from Malaga in the south of Spain.

Malagueña (a girl from Malaga) Salerosa (graceful)

It originally was a different style of music to this, the genre is called "Copla".

My dad had this song on a Mexican album that he had back in the late 50's and the guy that sang it back then was amazing...loved this song ever since, and this guy does it pretty well...the guitars are great and those long notes are right at 16 seconds he holds...not bad!
