@marktrib Its an extra-dimensional lovecraftian abomination that is older than time itself. It uses your fears and psychically projects itself both in your head and in the real world. Seeing its true form shatters your mind if it doesn't outright kill you. If you hurt it enough, it just goes into hibernation for a century or two.

That's a pretty scary concept.

Funny thing, Tim Curry was the original choice for Bob Kane for Tim Burton's Batman. Imagine how that would of turned out.

Tim Curry is a real actor of epic proportions. There are so many great villains played by theater/musical type actors, and roles like this are why. Most of these actors go unnoticed because we mostly focused on the hero, but with out a great villain, you can not have a great hero or story. It is sad that out generation is more associated with Justin Bieber and Twilight than Tim Curry. Most people are not aware that Freddie Kruger (Robert Englund) is a well studied actor in theater arts!!!
