@lafeefofolle You're welcome :) I can understand this interview just fine but the Bunraku press-conference that's on YT is an entirely different matter - first time I saw it I couldn't understand a single word. I think it was the sound quality as well as him being very nervous, bless him :P By the way, where did you get that footage from? It's not on the UK DVD, so was it on the US release or the BlueRay version? And any chance you could put it somewhere for download? ;P

I have to say Gackt speaks very good englis concidering he is Japanes :) I know Asian languages has lots of sounds that is totaly strange to me so it would be only naturale if its the same for Asian people with english (i'm swedish but still.. closer to english then asian). I'm amazed at how good he speaks :)
he has really good vocab and he can pronounce the words flawlessly but its just his Sexy Jap accent that is getting in the way, but thats fine cause it shows that even though as perfect as he is he still has a bit of rust on him (this makes him just as human as the rest of us).
I actually didn't need any captions to understand him here (except one part near the end). I sure can't say that with most English-speaking Japanese people (not that I blame them, English is pretty difficult to learn intricately).
Awesome interview, easy to understand too. His English sounds even better than last time I heard it ^^. But lol, the way he tends to speak in interviews, with those pauses, and all those priceless expressions on his face... geez, does he think he's staring in an audio porn or what? :3 (and yeah, I do like it xP)
omg he english DID improve A LOT!!! I hope he continues speaking and learning english!!!! It's so different when he speaks japanese, but i'm sure he'll be really fluent in english soon! =^0^=

@KeySomniorum I agree. His grasp of English as well as enunciation is excellent. It's no surprise, as Gackt is a perfectionist. I continue to be impressed by him as a man and as an artist.
