Thomas Reiner is symbolizing autocracy and is expressing his guilt and anger because of what his country did and the Nazis were not the only empire that had soldiers march like that. North Korea, China, and the Russians marched like that at some point before the fall of the USSR. Its an autocratic march, not a "nazi" march.
