  • I worry about your fingers with that sliding cutting board. If you put a wet rag under the board it won't slide. Yummy recipe!!

  • This is very similar to a pasta salad that I make...minus the pasta of course. I use italian dressing for flavor too so thats a lil diff. I also add honey soaked sunflower seeds.....I think your salad would be awesome with the sunflower seeds too!!!

  • I subscribed yesterday, and I really like your channel. There is loads of people giving advice on weight gain/loss and diets on YouTube, however, it seems that you really mean everything you say. Your videos seem very natural and you seem like someone who likes helping people :)

    Unfortunately, my physique is the way it is, and I'm skinny, and the problem with me is gaining weight. I'm 21 already, 6 feet 3 inch tall and my weight is 161 pound. (or 193 cm and 73 kg).

  • Hey I was wondering what you think regarding calories and building muscle. I'm trying to go raw but feel like it's difficult to get enough calories... what are your thoughts?

  • @86cmichaelc I no longer count calories but probably take in around 2k per day. I really just make sure I'm getting plenty of dark greens and fruits along with other veggies and some super foods such as cacao, goji berries and so on. I also mix in raw protein powders with my shakes in order to increase my protein intake.

  • @86cmichaelc go raw man trust me. i used to have trouble gaining weight on a typical american diet. now i went probably around 85% raw and im a little bigger bigger and stronger than i used to be. and thats just off juices and lots of fruit, i havent really started putting soaked nuts/seeds or real protein dense foods in my diet yet.

  • omg thats almost the same thing i made for lunch today. the only diference was , i made strips instead of chunks, with bell peppers all rolled up in romaine. yummmy! it's so amazing what you can do with a veggi. 26 days raw!!!!!!! i already feel better ;i have lost some weight but i do crave junk foods and a trip to burgr king would so delight me. in the past when i have tried raw i would slip and eat crap but totally paid for it in the end. this time i feel i am stronger .
