@jonnis240 I'm with you. i don't trust it. what are the odd's that every molecule of o3 touches a molecule of water. Not to mention how to does the water act as a catalyst to do this without breaking down on its own, if it does .. then you have free hydrogen floating around the room....and pure oxygen?
i read somewhere that ozon is dangerus too breathe in? so is this safe?

Ozone when mixed with the water it becomes oxygen because it loose one molecule and becomes O2 rather than O3 that is ozone.

You are right, it is very relaxing, and the oxygen produced by the ozone in contact with the water helps treat several skins problems.
