no, ICBMs fly in the stratosphere and when the warheads come down they reach speeds around 22000 Km/h which makes them a very very difficult target.
Only the most modern AEGIS technology on ships is capable of hitting an ICBM warhead with reasonable success rates...but of course if the warheads are hundreds probably 20-30% would hit their targets flattening most important US cities.
