the body kit is, 3M double sided tape or rivets are used alot but watch any drifting video and body kits fly off constantly, zip ties are the quickest, easiest fix

some people have a street/highway car like a Skyline and a light weight drift car like a 240sx/AE86 that they can use/abuse on touges which i think zip tie dude was doing

Yep, because you crash in touge a lot. I'm pretty sure they have better cars also, but the ones they use in the mountains are supposed to be damaged. I take my Lexus IS350 up the hills every so often, but togue is with the 240sx.

Most touge are one way. For example, I was just at Izohazaka for the first time, and there is a completely separate uphill and downhill (The uphill had a traffic jam!). So, no oncoming traffic, but can't drift during the day for obvious reasons.
