I started watching this when Sam started secretly seeing Martin. My wife told me about her and Jack when Jack was married. I was waiting for her to go on to Danny and wreck his life, but that didn't happen. I guess Sam was a bit of a bimbo after all!

I was disappointed in the ending as well.

Ugh I am SO angry about this!!! I was waiting for years for Jack and Sam to really get a chance to be together, then they finally did, only to be broken up at the very end?? WTF?! Why do tv shows insist on ruining things for the fans 9 times out of 10? It's like they don't give a rat's ass about the people that gave them success. Stupid writers/producers! J/S FOREVER!!

I can hardly imagine having missed the entire run on "Without A Trace" when it aired on CBS primetime. I discovered the show in repeats on ION Television a couple of seasons after it wrapped. But in a way that's fine because I imagine my watching first run episodes would have distracted me from whatever I was doing in my life at the time. Nevertheless, I understand a fan's frustration when a series ends unsatisfactorily. Will there be fireworks at the courthouse before 7:00? Is that 7 AM or PM?

Thank you feerie. I admit, it's the first time I've actually sat down to watch and you know, it just made the pit of my stomach go UGH! It's wrong, it's written wrong, acted strangely like the actors didn't even believe what they were saying, and basically the worst ending for a series that should have had a S8 to undo this crappy scene. We'll always have the wonderful Better Angels, at least.
