  • If anyone has been to GAME they know there is no variety with PC games.

    PC is ironically the same, no variety of parts. nothing is even in stock and parts that should be there aren't there, instead I find fucking TVs and a blinking TOASTER? Yeah yeah sure they've teamed up with Currys, but why? Money.

    Scan is so much better, buy everything off there, even with VAT, Scansure and Shipping they're stuff is cheaper and comes next day.

  • Might just add,that in Burnley the the staff dont have a clue what there on about and the first question they ask is "are u buying a pc today or just brousing"

  • id like to add that the staff in the burnley store are useless too,and some of them smoke cannabis outside the main enterance to the store.

  • I'd have told them to go f*ck mate, You own the copyright to this video, not them. I take it they wern't happy about you showing their company name/website along with well warrented critisism....They are running scared, Companies usually bring the legal stuff in when the feel threatened.

  • I am pleased that you have brought this to light, but PC World has given shit service in the past but in order to change we cannot have people like you within the company, if you don't believe in what the company is doing then you should not be part of the company and I am glad you got sacked, there are hard working people that are working shit hard to change the way we give customer service to our customers But you did not have to broadcast it over the internet.

  • Thats my choice though. Besides I had raised it with my managers twice (verbally and in writing) and nothing was done. The directors of the company really do not care about their bad reputation. I appreciate there are people trying to change that but it isn't going to happen unless fundamental flaws such as this are dealt with as a matter of urgency.

  • I totally agree with you man! Good job! It's things like this that forces companies like PC-World to actually change their ways of handling their customers. Otherwise, they will just continue to offer the same shity services.

  • I can relate to this as I used to work for PC Service Call based in Sheffield, I hated it and I am glad I left.
