Who says heroin's a killer? We've still got Lou and he's still making cool music, so maybe the drugs aren't all that bad. Sure, he's a bit fucked up in this video, but does it not add to the Lou Reed effect? That's what I thought.

I'd like to know more about the "source" info posted by goog1e, who supplied this video. Lou played in Copenhagen on Sept. 19 1973 and Amsterdam the next day, so where's this "Olympia" on Sept 17? And I'm also surprised to see his hair so long, since by December at the latest (when the Rock & Roll Animal LP was recorded in NY) it was way short.

Still on heroin regardless of when or where in the early 70s, though.
