Whatever the hell for? Steinway Ds only make sense if you are trying to fill a concert hall with sound, and I would guess that your living room is slightly smaller than your average concert hall, true?
These things are way over my budget, so I often go to my local piano shop in which there is a single steinway grand piano on sale for £93,000...and I get to play it sometimes lols xD
keep saving your money and one day you might have one of them! i recently got my grandmother's steinway and before i decided to bring it home i got it tuned and valued. it´s valued to 60.000 dollars.'i´m never selling it:)
funky elbow movement haha

@fbibreakdancer123
look at service at the steinway-Homepage. With your Serialnumber of your Steinway you can find out the year it was built.

She plays Liszt´s Un Sospiro, the somewhat
usual way of crossing hands. I have worked hard
against this, and it is possible to avoid this, with
retained continuity, playing naturally without
crossing. It is a sport to learn this!!
Anyone else dare to try?

That's one big living room. Bigger than the house I'm renting a room in.
Lucky you.
I'll go back to practicing on my Kawai upright now, good night.
