The two well known people in this commercial are Ernie Anderson and John Franklin.

Ernie Anderson used to do VOs for many of the 70s and 80s ABC promos, while John Franklin, who was 25 with GHD (Growth Hormone Deficiency) was known as Issac Chroner from "Children Of The Corn".

Other comprable games where the tank game (which was fun, remember knocking the guy from one side of the screen to the other) and the canon game. Both had these totaly Acid induced color schemes and what can only be called bizzare noizes. LOL takes me back.

Let us not forget that the first killer app of the PC era was the Star Trek game.  All those early PCs from the Altair & Imsai, right up to the Apple II, all had the star trek game.

You'd have a hard time finding a BASIC programming book printed from 1975 to 1977 that doesn't have the star trek game program printed.
