If spamming nades in the direction of the other team helps you to get their shields low and get kills, then they're going to do it.

Rockets are a power weapon, get over it. There's only 4 to use, it's not like they get to carry them the entire game with infinite ammo.

Hiding when you're low shields? No, hiding is hiding. That is taking cover to get shields.
