  • Get off gayweathers dick dumb reporter

  • I'll just leave this here too:

    youtube.com/watch?v=YiFSStonGQo

  • is it possible for this radio host to suck floyds cock any harder?, it honestly sounds like he wants to bend over and let mayweather fuck him up the ass lmao

  • mayweather puede noquear a pacquiao

  • fuck let mayweather talk this fucking interviewer doesn't let him speak shut the fuck up already.

  • HAHAHA All these cumheads saying Mayweather is a defensive fighter.

  • comedians.i want to give a little more, get in the ring with pac you sissy.bigger and taller.

  • floyd mayweather does not get the credit he deserves because of the way how floyd displays his confidence, thats why people hate on him, because floyd is very confident and he displays his confidence in public

  • if you were not convince manny wins the fight call me and ill give you what you wants im better than manny coz i fuck marquez wife she got big tits and deep asshole

  • Thanks for answering me. At least you're polite in your response. Most boxing fans go crazy when they talk about fights. I admit, how can anyone deny, that Floyd is a natural at boxing. When I first saw his defense, I was in shock..But people are getting carried away. I hear people saying Mayweather is better than Ali?? Ali's punches were timed quicker than Sugar Ray Robinson's. This is what made Ali a transcendent athlete. Las Vegas has it 8 to 5 for Paquiao

  • Mayweather couldn't make weight when he fought Marquez! Mayweather couldn't destroy Mosely like Pacman. Mayweather is a PUSSSY! STEP UP LIKE A MAN MAYWEATHER FIGHT PACMAN!!!!! PUSSY!!!!!!!

  • @jnup12345 Destroyed Mosely How? They went the distance. Marquez went the distance 3 times. Pactards not a Fan...get real boxing is an Art.

  • @ bedrock... Did you say Floyd doesn't have a fighter mindset... Lol. Another idiot that's let's his hate for a successful brother move him to say stupid things. Who wants to see Ortiz get his face beat in again. Ya boy did something stupid and paid for it... Now go change ya tampoon, you've had it on since Sept. 17... Lol

  • @ Zen... What a brainwashed idiot... What do you mean some shots were so fast they don't look like they were hitting... What a dumb comment... Speed =power. The more velocity you use when throwing a punch what ever object it hits will bring it to a stop by absorbing its energy/power in turn causing the object that was struck to be moved. In other words if pac hit jmm his head would have moved if he hit him that fast.

  • @robinsonjd1978 His head did move silly, that proves my point. Watch it slower so you catch it. Marquez didn't really roll with punches though... so there's not exaggerated movements. But just because he took the impact with a tough neck doesn't mean the punch didn't land any less flush. His hits were powerful enough to damage Marquez's face. Say all you want about Marquez's "effective" punches... but they did practically nothing to damage Pacquiao.

  • I thought Del la Hoya beat Mayweather when they fought. You people make Mayweather sound like the second coming. I remember when Del la Hoya fought Trinidad. Del La Hoya landed 100 more punches, but lost the fight. They shouldn't allow referees to score the fight. Computers should be the scorekeepers Floyd Mayweather. I can't figure him out. He can be nice at times and act like a monster at other times.

  • @tonyfressola Computers arnt that smart......the human brain is above the computer

  • @tonyfressola You can think Oscar beat Floyd but I don't think you really believe that. I do think the 1st Castillo fight was close. Floyd was critiqued heavly after that fight. Floyd said he was injured and imediately asked for a rematch. 2nd fight? Not even close. Do most Floyd fans think he's the 2nd coming? Nope. But we do recognize boxing skills and that's something Manny fans don't want to admit. So they call him boring, or he runs. They just refuse to admit he has great skills.

  • @spankybighead True boxing fans shouldn't take anything away from either fighter's skills... but it goes without saying that Pac fights with a style that's more dangerous for a boxer to use than Floyd. His success despite that puts him higher on my P4P list than Floyd. It's a whole lot easier to win fights (and avoid losses) on the back foot & taking pot shots than it is by coming forward aggressively and throwing combinations.

That said, Floyd is brilliant at what he does (but so is Pac).

  • @zentetsutakama Since that's your opinion, watch Floyd vs Augustus, Genaro, Ndou, Gatti, Corley, Zab, Marquez, Shane. Tell me if Floyd is fighting on his back foot in those fights. See, Floyd's defense is so good it's all he truely gets credit for. What makes Floyd great is he can come forward if necessary. It's all around boxing skills that make him great.

  • @spankybighead Like I said before, it's far easier to adopt a defensive style and "look" good. If you're a good boxer, you can even look great (etc.). But when you're actually putting yourself out there (no way to do it without leaving openings)... that's where true skill comes into play. If you run and evade, you'll avoid damage and have more openings to exploit. If you stand your ground or come forward... that's where you have to really fight and show what you're made of.

  • @zentetsutakama One more thing. True boxing fans shouldn't take anything away from a fighter who risks his life..regardless of his skills. However true boxing fans will never over hype a figther more than he should be hyped. Greatest of all time? Comments like "better than Robinson or Armstrong" just don't fly with true boxing fans. That goes for Mayweather to in that regard. True boxing fans also can admit weaknesses in favorite fighters. Something not many Pac fans like to do.

  • @spankybighead Robinson was a devastating puncher (some of those would come out of nowhere)... I'm not a Pactard or a Flomo... I'm a fight fan... and one of multiple disciplines. When I see a good fighter/boxer... I'm not afraid to admit or acknowledge it. Anyone saying Pac or FLoyd are fake talk nonsense and know nothing about boxing. That said, those who also feel that being a defensive fighter is harder/takes more skill than being an offensive one has no idea what they're talking about.

  • @spankybighead contd: Being an offensive fighter is far harder... you put yourself in the most danger being offensive. Not just from the perspective of openings.. but also in using the most energy and being at a higher risk of tiring out. If there were only defensive fighters in the sport, Boxing would die... too boring and only viewed in moderation. Offensive fighters will always be a draw and are generally always considered to be the best p4p boxers.

  • @zentetsutakama Being an offensive fighter is harder? I can't believe you posted that...really? For one being an offensive minded fighter surely leads to higher risk and surely is more entertaining. But harder? I'm gonna let you correct yourself on that post. How many boxers obtain 50% proficiencyof defense? Not many. Defense is a lost art and it's not just blocking, dodging or rolling punches. It's setting traps. The science of boxing is to hit and not get hit.

  • @spankybighead Yes, being offensive is harder... hence the higher risk (which you stated yourself). It's something that's harder to do successfully across multiple fights. It's much easier to wait out and time opponents... safer too. When throwing, you're always open. A good boxer that prioritizes defense will appear stronger than a good boxer that prioritizes offense. Being purely offensive has a higher risk of losing, a higher risk of getting hurt/KO'd, & a higher risk of getting tired.

  • @zentetsutakama Please...Defense is about timing and is way more difficult..sure offense is risky..we all can agree to that...how its a confirmation its more difficult in your head? well...not even Einstein could explain that. But your that's your opinion..crazy as it is.

  • @spankybighead Being defensive is about timing... but so is offense. Don't time your punches right, you get caught or waste energy hitting air. Don't pace yourself and you tire out/high KO probability. Miss too much and the judges won't favor you (how Mayweather wins most of his fights). Turtling and waiting for chances to counter while keeping up a good defense is easier and safer to pull off... but a lot more boring to watch. Plus, a fighter's career doesn't advance as quickly with it.

  • @zentetsutakama Of course timing plays a role in both situations. However based on what sparring I've done and my observation it's easier to time and lead with offense than time and counter. Even if I never put on gloves that would be naturally inferred. Is it safer? It's also harder to counter because technically you have to recover if hit and then counter. For example counter over a jab. Try getting hit in the face, then having the "beard" and mind state to counter...and counter accurately.

  • @spankybighead The easiest thing is to take advantage of opponent's mistakes instead of creating your own opportunities by being an offensive force. There's a reason why hurt fighters get more defensive instead of offensive in fights... it's because it's easier to avoid damage/make mistakes that way. The key to countering is not getting hit "hard."

If you're a real fighter athlete, you know how to take a punch and keep on going. And naturally, no one can properly respond when really hurt.

  • @zentetsutakama That logic isn't sound because for one, it takes talent and skill to capitalize on someones mistake. Not everyone can do that..that's why most boxers today are medicore when it comes to defense and good counter skills. It's always easier to lead than to wait for a mistake. Hey you got your opinion I got mine but there's a reason why guy's like Manny, Khan, Green have trouble with figthers with all around skills. Ask Floyd, Juan, Andre S.O.G., Bhop..they'll tell you.

  • @spankybighead Naturally it takes talent and skill to be an effective boxer period. And the thing about being defensive is that you don't have to capitalize on "everything." You pick your shots and stay safe otherwise. And sure, not everyone can do that... but not everyone can box either. Guys like Manny have trouble with people who move constantly and counter-punch with combinations.... because styles make fights. Being offensive against an actively moving fighter costs even more energy.

  • @spankybighead Contd: Being defensive is the safest style to employ across the board. And again, there's a reason why virtually all "hurt" fighters become defensive. It's always "the" innate fallback option. It's an easier style to use if you want to be uninjured... and the easiest style to employ against other styles.

  • @zentetsutakama and you said I can buy the Brooklyn Bridge from you for $100. Great..when can I pick it up? I can't wait to charge drivers a toll fare.

  • @spankybighead You heard wrong, but my point still stands. If real fighting is not a clear enough example, look at videogames. Take Street Fighter (for example), the defensive style known as "turtling" is where you keep your distance, shoot out a steady stream of fireballs, then uppercut the opponent when they get close/jump over it.

In fighting game circles, "turtling" is widely regarded as a "cheap" style... it's a style that's considerably easier to win with.

  • @zentetsutakama Your point doesn't stand at all. "Turtling" is all about timing and the discipline to master it. That's why in Street Fighter, Ryu, Dhalsim, M. Bison is harder to master than say E.Honda, Fei Long, or Guile. Wow..can't believe you went there. LOL! Try again.

  • @spankybighead Are you serious? Ryu is one of the easiest characters to master. And "Turtling" is not a hard tactic to use. Sure it takes timing... but if you can reliably press down-forward punch & forward-down-forward punch, that's the full extent of the toolset. Harder to master.. lol 2 moves man. 3-4 if you want to throw a cancel or super move(s) in there. Not sure where you've played, but turtling's a "cheap" tactic that doesn't demonstrate real game mastery. Anyone can do that.

  • @zentetsutakama Easier than E. Honda? As for Ryu he's not easy to master...he's just basic and is one of the true counter punchers in the game. Ryu is about timing and going against faster characters timing isn't an easy thing. Never said his moves weren't easy to master. You can master the left jab, right cross or left hook. To master countering (timing, foot positions, balance) is harder than just shooting the 1-2 or 1-2-3.

  • @spankybighead Yeah, the hadoken gives Ryu the edge... all bases covered. Speaking as a fighter, I can tell you that being defensive is an easier style to avoid loosing in. Letting your opponent make all the mistakes is far easier than putting yourself out there offensively (because you're always open when you throw... can't be helped). A fighter that spends his time waiting on exploiting that to collect points is not one I respect as highly as a fighter that comes to really "fight."

  • @zentetsutakama I understand your philosphy. I box and I can say that not every defensive fighter can capitilize on mistakes. Look at Clottey vs Manny. Defensive shell but really couldn't counter appropiately. See being defensive doesn't mean you didn't come to fight. Remember it's called "boxing". In regards to Floyd, he's really not a defensive shell boxer. He's uses defense well when he has too. He's just a methodical counter puncher who only opens up once he's figured you out.

  • @spankybighead Being defensive is still the least dangerous style to use and the easiest style to be safe with. To dominate as a defensive fighter is impressive... but to dominate as an offensive one is even more impressive (much higher risk). I think it's something that doesn't even really need to be explained to people... it's why boxing's very biggest legends were the offensive champions (whether they had losses or not). Having an undefeated record is a lot harder to achieve with offense.

  • @zentetsutakama The defensive/counter-punching style is like picking and winning with a high tier character (going back to competitive fighting games as an analogy). Try dominating with a low tier character... a much more impressive feat to pull off. I understand where you're coming from too... and I'm not saying Mayweather's a bad fighter/boxer... he just uses an easier style to be safe with (and win with).

  • @zentetsutakama Last thing: That's why you have some judges that favor the aggressor in fights (that's the the position of highest risk). By default a counter-puncher may get some good shots in by the very nature of his style, but if the offensive fighter can get past that and still outland/outwork his opponent (and even have a comparable connect percentage despite that)... judges are likely to favor that fighter on the scorecards.... (because they had the harder job) see Pacquiao/Marquez III.

  • @zentetsutakama I think we're talking about two different things. Danger/risk is one thing. I'm more referring to which is harder to master. When you look at boxers as a whole, legends, champs, journeymen, offense is always there. It's easier to teach and master. That's why there only a few who have done it "effectively". Pernell, Floyd, Pep, James Tony, Bhop, Winky. They all had offense too. Remember the name of the game is too "hit and not get it".

  • @spankybighead They're part of the same side of the coin. A style that has less risk/is less dangerous to use would obviously be an easier one to master. Much harder to master a style that's dangerous to use (because mastery is measured by its effectiveness in the ring). It takes a special fighter to dominate with an offensive style.

  • @zentetsutakama All fighters have some defense too (part of the pro game.. and to 'hit and not get hit'). But inside the ring, showmanship/offensive aggression/excitement is more important. Floyd's loud persona is the primary thing that's made him as popular and relevant as he is today. Many would simply label him a 'boring' fighter (some do anyway) and wouldn't care if he lost. His 'bad boy' image is the key to his legend (despite his obvious skills which ultimately aren't as respected)...

  • @zentetsutakama Pacquiao, on the other hand, is popular and relevant because of his offensive dominance in the sport. His personality is irrelevant (and only a plus that he happens to be a nice guy). He's always the attacker/aggressor in harms way yet still amasses a large win record. He makes other boxers back away (if not flat-out run) while making others literally give up. For a 5'6" little guy to pull that off is just more impressive to many people (whether he beats Floyd or not).

  • @zentetsutakama Not all fighters have defense dude. Heard of Shane Mosley. HOF for sure. No defense. Heard of Margarito? Probably HOF if the hand wrap incident didn't happen...no defense. How about John Pascal? Hell..Manny Pacquiao..all these years still no head movment. Sure he uses foot speed but foot speed ain't foot position, balance and ring generalship. That's why JMM controlled the real estate in 3rd fight. Kept the faster fighter in front of him all night via foot position.

  • @spankybighead Not sure how you can say Pac has no head movement when his slip punches are one of his primary techniques... he incorporates that into his offense. I also disagree that JMM controlled any real estate in the 3rd fight... wherever Pacquiao chose to go, Marquez backed away from all night. Marquez yielded ground for 97% of the fight... something he didn't do nearly as much of against Floyd Mayweather. Manny controlled the ring and initiated most of the action.

  • @zentetsutakama Marquez also did not keep "the faster fighter in front of him all night." There were numerous times where Pac would come in with a 1-2, then use his foot work to move around Marquez before anything could be done about it. And while Marquez fought a great fight, it's hard for me to credit JMM as much when his "defense" didn't prevent him from being outlanded on... ie) his defense ultimately didn't work (which is the biggest risk when being a defensive fighter).

  • @zentetsutakama No let's look at defense vs great defense and rate the ability to master it. Clottey vs Floyd. Clottey primarily blocks punches with his stance. He's vunerable to punches up the middle and angle punches via looped hooks or attacking at a different angle via foot position...ie getting to a spot before he can turn. His stance does block body and some side punches but he sort of blinds himself to certain offensive moves. Overall it can be effective but it has cracks.

  • @zentetsutakama Now Floyd's defense has the left shoulder out front. It allows him to roll away from punches. You either miss or hit but even if you hit, he rolls the punch which takes away from the power. The left arm is also positioned to protect the body. It also invites an opponent to come inside but it allows Floyd to counter over the top with right hands or uppercuts to the body in close quarters. Floyd in the middle of the ring uses head movement. He often times an opponents counter. How?

  • @zentetutakama By ducking under the opponents counter response to his lead straight right hand. Floyd also uses defense when landing a straight right hand by crowding an opponents counter ie the Judah fight. Judah is actually faster than Floyd. Floyd wasn't able to duck Judah's counter, so he crowded his counter...brilliant if you ask me but lets continue. Foot placement. Floyd's foot position is on point vs orthodox or southpaws. It's necessary to execute any offensive or defensive move.

  • @zentetutakama Without foot placement countering an opponent effectively is almost impossible, dodging his attack rendered useless. Hell even bad foot position will leave you flat footed and unable to react to angles like Cotto or cause bad balance problems which can cause leg cramps like Pacquiao or bad time reaction to figther who can fight at angles like Clottey. Clottey did wonders against Margarito.Remember foot position is about position and stance..balls of the feet. Let's continue.

  • @zentetutakama Floyd's inside defensive strategy. I slightly touched on this. So we know he counters off his shoulder via the right or uppercut. He also uses left arm to create distance for the left hook to the head or body. Floyd's defense strategy fighting off the back foot. It allows for the "pull" straight right counter and frankly I haven't seen any fighter today try it let alone pull it off effectively. How about the check left hook off the back foot. Again defensively minded and oldschool

  • @zentetutakama Have you seen fighters attempt a check left hook? Only talented fighters like Floyd and Andre Ward can pull it off effectively. So let's sum it up. What's easier to master or maybe a better way of saying it is, what's easier to implement in a fight? Executing the 1-2, 1-3,1-2-3, 1-2-3-4 combos? Or executing pull counters, traps for left hooks, body protection, counter off blocks, head movement, foot placement, foot position (balls of the feet), rolling punches, ducks, crowding..

  • @zentetutakama counter off crowding, using foot placement to control an opponents ability to deliver effective offense..please please please ..I beg of you..watch the Pac vs JMM 3rd fight. Or watch the Oscar vs Pernell fight. Watch the Wright vs Mosley fight. Hell watch the Bhop vs Pascal fight. Some brilliant defensive skill and defensive minded work being displayed. Safer? Certainly! Smarter? Certainly! Harder? Certainly! Less entertaining? Debateable..depends on the fan.

  • @spankybighead It's safer, it's smarter (because it's safer), but not harder (as you don't have to incorporate every defensive trick in some book to be effective)... and certainly not more exciting than an offensive bout. You may find some that prefer the slower-speed games... but action is a speed sport. If all fighters were defensive... boxing as a sport... would die. If all fighters were offensive... you'd mostly have the sport's golden era.

  • @zentetsutakama The more risk involved in a style... the harder it is to be effective with. And a 5ft6 man has proven to be the style's most effective proponent to come along in a while. Floyd Mayweather is the defensive equivalent... but it is an easier style to use (far less expectation too).

  • @zentetsutakama Again..no one said it was safer. Still good defense is hard to pull off. Do me a favor. Check out Showtime commentary from Al Bernstein and Antonio Tarver during the Paul Williams vs Nobuhiro Ishida, 9th round. Antonio said you've got to learn this game from "A to Z". Offense is great but it can be nullified by good defense..of course with offense added. If ya can't see that in the 3rd JMM vs Pac fight then there's nothing else to be said.

  • @spankybighead Look at the Paul Williams vs Erislandy Lara fight. Paul is none for his offense and offensive output. It can be very exciting. No one debates. Yet again offense isn't just about speed as you state. Hell it requires a lot of the things I mention about defense. Roger said "speed don't mean shit" and its true if you face a fighter who can time you and has defense in his arsenal. That's why offensive minded fighters get in trouble when facing true technicians w defense.

  • @spankybighead If you think you can survive in this game long with just offensive output your gonna get exposed. Ask Paul, ask Allan Green, Mikkel Kessler, even Darvis Cloud recently. Cotto, Margarito, Hatton, Mosley none had any real defense. They faced Pac and got beat. Get in the ring with a guy with head movment, counters, foot work and look what happened. Where were all the offensive combo's that night from Pac? Where? They were taken away.

  • @spankybighead You break down defense far more than you break down offense in boxing. You surely must know that mastering offense more than simply throwing combinations... it's about "landing the greater volume of punches." Defense is about "not getting hit." When those two styles clash... the style which does its job the most will win out... by its very nature.

ex) If an offensive fighter outlands a defensive one... then the defense failed... no matter how good a few "moments" are...

  • @zentetsutakama **You surely must know that mastering offense is more than simply throwing combinations...**

Offense and Defense = the purpose of Boxing. To hit (offense) and not get hit (defense). Offensive fighters stress the former... Defensive stresses the latter.

  • @zentetsutakama Nah not at all because for one, many don't master it..not even close. That's the fact you ignore. See, no one wants to take more punishment then they have too, even if it is more appealing to fans. Being defensive means head movement, foot movement, timing (to dodge, block & counter), foot placement, taking away an opponents offensive weapons. Nothing easy about it. Look at Gamboa. Great offensive! Always gets hit and that's his weakness. JMM..

  • @spankybighead JMM...not nearly as gifted in speed of hand or foot when compared to a Gamboa or Pacquiao. Yet "defensive skills" that only he and a few others have mastered even the playing field. Sorry dude..I know you have your opinion but facts are facts and the evidence is there. Mastering defense is way harder than mastering offense. You walk into any gym, they don't teach defense first, they teach the jab..offense first. Many barely master offense in this game, let alone defense.

  • @spankybighead The facts are that mastering offense is harder... everyone can "do" offense and defense... but when you're talking Mastery.. that's totally different. Mosley does have defense (he's not known for it... but he's also never been knocked out). "Running" is a form of defense... believe it or not (and was a lot easier for him to do in order to surive against Pacquiao as opposed to fighting like he had been before his knockdown). You should learn the fundamentals in a gym (ie both).

  • @spankybighead Many don't master offense either... and there's nothing "easy" about either approach... but being defensive is easier/safer than being offensive. And Pac's offense has proven to be superior to anyone else's today... No one has been able to bang it out with him... even Floyd Mayweather admits that trying to fight him in that manner is a dumb idea. No one beats him at that game... they all run or turn to their back foot (or pay severely for it). That's the fact of it.

  • can this interviewer get floyds balls out of his mouth, he doesnt even have a clue what he is talking bout idiot.

  • the interviewer is an ass hole....he is interupting his speaker all the time....

  • The radio presenter is the worst I have ever listened to, what a arse lick from someone who knows shit about boxing why not mention the fight floyd lost against Castillo, why not talk about ducking manny why not talk about winning a fight by hitting someone who was not looking 'ortiz', Floyd has that bitch on the payroll hanging off his dick.

  • So many dislikes, these guys are hating on Floyd. I can assure you they are Pactards.

  • This gorilla only talk...talk ....talk and talk no action. I don't hang out or a round this gorilla , but I always heard this gorilla talk a bun of shit with no action. Only a no brainer would listen and believe him !

  • Yes Marques think he will win by cheating stepping on pacquaio foot, same as gayweather cheap shot, sucker punch ortiz. I will not spent a dime to see gayweather fight, unless with pacquaio. He's been fighting with his lips since pacquaio rise up. The day he fight with pacquaio is the day gayweather embrass himself !

  • @S0kkibomb lol i feel sorry for u...stepping on foot? it happens wen southpaws fight conventional fighters u idiot...and money may would demolish pac in a "boxing " match u fucking queer....ur not allowed to comment on boxing nomore...go watch some other shit cus u dnt know shit about boxing son

  • Where have u been??? Mars?? The Pacman / Roach tandem is unbeatable!

    Period....

  • Pacquiao seems to beat Mayweather on everything so far. He beats Mayweather's opponents better than he does and now he wins with greater controversy than Mayweather did, lol.

    They need to fight.

Mayweather is an excellent boxer and counterpuncher... however, if Manny outlands Mayweather... then naturally he'd lose to Pacquiao. As long as that doesn't happen Mayweather reigns supreme.

  • @zentetsutakama he didn't beat marquez better idiot

  • @bucks100plus Of course Pacquiao beat Marquez better... look at their faces. Don't act like something you call someone else. It doesn't take a genius to see Marquez's face got jacked while Pac's face was clean. So who did the better job? Pac, of course... because besides leading on points, he also lead on damage. No way in the world that Marquez won that fight.

  • @zentetsutakama people swell up and/or get cut more easily than others...not mention Manny does hit harder than JMM. So because JMM's face was swollen doesn't truly reflect who got out boxed...and Manny got out boxed. Watching that fight I swore Manny was getting credit for blows that didn't land, credit particular from HBO commentators. To hear and see fans claim the same thing I saw confirms I wasn't imaging what I saw last Saturday.

  • @spankybighead Given they've fought twice before... we know how each fighter takes punches. So what we have is what we see. And if Pac hits harder than Marquez, then it's a foregone conclusion who had more effective punches. Marquez's shots only "looked" hard... but Manny did the damage. How else would you judge the effectiveness of a punch than by the opponent's reaction to them? I also noted that Pac landed more shots (even Marquez admits that he's a sore loser). It's time to let it go

  • @zentetsutakama I like 95% of people who saw that fight, felt Pac didn't land what he got credit for. I sat there by myself watching the fight on PPV. I said Pac isn't landing...he's throwing but not landing. HBO commentators were giving him credit and I'm like he didn't connect. As for power we know Manny hit's harder, doesn't mean he landed the cleaner shots and to imply he did based on JMM's swelling is crazy. No one is saying Pac didn't land a punch. He got out boxed clearly.

  • @spankybighead cont'd. But least get down to the brass tax here. We know JMM has Pac's number. We know Oscar, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Tony and Shane are pretty good match ups for Pac style wise. We all know Manny has problems with boxers, particularly those with movement. So this leads us to Floyd vs Manny. All the youtube talk about Manny being the greatest P4P will get exposed when he fights Floyd. That's why Arum wants a 4th fight with JMM.

  • @spankybighead Both fighters had glancing shots. But watch the fight again in slow motion. Many shots landed flush... but they were fast, very fast. Some shots don't look like they're hitting when they actually do. He landed more punches, everyone actually keeping track of them (and were paid to keep their bias out of the equation) saw that. As time goes on, more and more people are realizing just how clearly Manny won that fight post-buyer's remorse, Marquez bias, and hyped expectations.

  • @zentetsutakama I watched the fight again last night. Sorry but I have to disagree on two points. 1st Juan landed cleaner shots. He also blocked a lot of Manny's shots. I and many suspect Juan didn't get credit for all the left hook body shots he landed. 2nd Manny threw a lot of punches but if you follow round by round, they were pretty much even going into the 8th round as far as landed shots. I gave JMM rounds 2,5,6,7,8,9,11&12. Even Lederman gave JMM round 8 but not the judges. The fix was in

  • @zentetsutakama..One final note, most people haven't changed their opinion on the fight. Hell, even Amir Khan said JMM won...I respect him for that. I have no buyer's remorse. I thought it was a good fight overall. However it was obvious that while Pac is the superior athlete, he is not the superior boxer. He's definitley no Sugar or Armstrong..blasphemous if you ask me. So know hopefully we move on to Floyd. I don't see a lot of posts the past week talking about how Pac will destroy Floyd.

  • @spankybighead A number of people changed their mind... even Amir Khan. Khan had Pac winning by 2-3 rounds after watching the replay (after he calmed down from not seeing Pac dominate like he normally does). That's psychology 101, give it time and people will see more and more what happened that night. Throw away all expectation, and you have the defending champion throwing more punches, landing more punches, and doing more damage than his challenger opponent. There's no way Marquez won.

  • Mayweather's defense would have to be tighter than it was against Ortiz and he'd have to be more aggressive. Marquez got through on his combinations when counterpunching, not so much on isolated hits which Pac generally worked around. Floyd's not very effective or proficient at throwing offensive flurries (he's actually quite poor... /watch Ortiz fight).

The reason Pac/Floyd is so anticipated is that there is no foregone conclusion as to who wins. Like Marquez/Pac, I've always had it even.

  • @zentetsutakama Seen the Ortiz fight. Floyd landed straight rights with ease. In fact to the start of the 4th round, Floyd was T'ing off on Ortiz. To say Floyd's offense is poor is just crazy. I mean really obsurd and it shows you really haven't watched fights throughout his career. I mean really. Just look at the post to you that I just replied too. Watch those fights I mentioned. If your honest you'll have a new found respect for Floyd's offensive abilities.

  • @spankybighead You must've been selective in your reading and watching then. Mayweather has always excelled at 1-2 punch combinations. His offense beyond that is where things go downhill fast. In the Ortiz fight, there was a moment where Mayweather began swinging wildly (he swung a lot of times... practically all of which were either dodged completely or blocked by Ortiz). You could tell Mayweather got more frustrated as he missed.. which lead to greater combination attempts. Check it out.

  • @zentetsutakama Yes Mayweather can be conservative but he can also deliver 3 to 4 punch combos. He's done it against plenty of fighters I mentioned before..but you seem to ignore that. In regards to the Ortiz fight..I'm not sure what fight you were watching. Watch the beginning of round 4. Floyd is literally T'ing off on Ortiz. He laned the right cleanly most of the fight and yes it wasn't combo city from round 1 but he wasn't off the mark. Look at it again.

  • @spankybighead During the part where Mayweather "unloaded" against Ortiz, the vast majority either hit pure air or landed on arms. You also realize that Mayweather likely got more aggressive then because he kept missing with his strikes (Ortiz dodged them).

Mayweather's a great fighter, but it takes an objective boxing fan to realizes that he got caught a number of times (more in the 4th rnd) and had trouble landing in a purely offensive setting. He's best at short intercepts/block/dodging

  • @zentetsutakama LOL ..your making stuff up but we all saw the fight. If your talking about Ortiz landing 1 punch out of 10 while Floyd was on the ropes then I agree. However Floyd was landing that right hand flush all night. Look at Ortiz's face. Does it look like Floyd was missing or Ortiz dodging. C'mon man..no..we don't want to buy the Brooklyn Bridge from you..not even for a dollar. Go sell that BS to a Pac fan.

  • @spankybighead Seriously, if you can't even acknowledge that Floyd misses shots then you need to turn your fandom way down. The only one making things up is you in that case. Reality is... every fighter misses some time (Floyd in particular missed a bunch of them in the 4th round). I'm a fan of both fighters and I can call overtly offensive swings that don't hit when I see them. That has nothing to do with the rest of the fight... and certainly not Ortiz's face.

  • @spankybighead Manny blocked a whole lot of Marquez's shots as well (countless shots only hit his arm, elbow, or back... which aren't legal hits). Most of those Marquez body shots hit elbow. You use Lederman going against the judges to say "the fix was in"... yet Lederman gave the match to Pacquiao too... everyone actually judging the fight did... even Compubox. When a fighter throws more, lands more, and does more damage than their opponent... it's a clear win.

  • as everyone is saying, marquez is the challenger he needs to dominate pacquiao to win its JMM mistake he decide to be defensive, ps you dont really know if this is a trick for floyd to fight to lure him that pacquiao aint got nothing what you know?, and the only thing that controversial on this fight is the last judge who give the score of 116-112 favor to pacman while the first judge is draw!

  • PACUIAO WON!!!! MARQUEZ IS A CERTIFIED CHEATER JUST LIKE GAYWEATHER! LOL....

  • @2011mariov JJM aint lose and how u mad at JJM?? Mayweather will kill pac man

  • Mayweather robbed Castilio! Mayweathers next opponent in Feb would be Muhamad Ali w/ no catch weight so then HE CAN CALL HIMSELF "the greatest of all time"

  • @vinamel97 PBF won with 1 hand

  • Respond to this video... catch weight is Pac man

  • Yea because when Mosley almost dropped Mayweather in the second round he didn't hold on to Mosleys arm for dear life.

  • @jinmishima86 Boxing dog, learn it

  • in febuary, who the fuck r u gona fight!!!!, if it aint pac or maybe khan i dont care , the thing is that mayweather gona pick his opponent its not picked by the fans of boxing so personally i dont care because even though floyd is a good boxer hes boring as shit to watch he thows like 20 punches a round, no combos, not exciting to watch and when ppl put pressure on him he goes in his shell and doesent throw until the person backs off so who cares

  • @supermasters1 Every one but your bitter self is going to watch it becuase he is an artist and if you truely like the art of boxing then you would love to see Mayweather at work regardless of who it is.

  • @supermasters1 he dont hand pick its the peeps who keep on fightin others

  • Honestly I don't think Manny will fight anyone next. He looked depressed days coming up to the fight. He's got too much on the table. I would be suprised if he fights Marquez in May, if anybody. Manny needs to clear his business outside the ring before he steps into again! If he wasn't Manny they would've kicked him and his wife out of the lobby.

  • so may5 is a hoax.

  • @007tubeless no hes fighting in feb first

  • So, I'm not sure how anyone can say floyds a pussy if Top Rank are pursuing a fourth fight with Marquez ....

This is the best time to begin negotiations for the fight, and at the press conference and recent interviews Bob Arum says their pursuing a fourth .... There's a question now of who REALLY want the fight ????

    Hmmm ....

  • thats all mayweather has to offer against pac.. "his opinion" ... just fight manny you pussy!

  • @Dredgification

Maybe most aren't aware, but Pacquiao's camp just turned down the fight negotiations...Don't believe it then look it up and tell how Mayweather is a Pussy?

  • Floyd should fight on FOX for free.

  • mayweather should fight martinez while paquiao should rematch marquez

  • Pacquiao can't BOX he is a brawler.. Floyd would whip him mercilessly
