Same here, I was stuck on 10 nearly all day today. The video was very helpful. I knew it had something to do with the delay in the rolling buckler super combination move but I wasn't sure when to actually transition into the X-Factor Mode and input her "Please Help Me" move. I was literally saying "Please Help Me" lol.
