For those who'll try to say he cheated: he didn't. You can unlock infinite Devil Trigger in the Special Edition two ways. One: beat the game on hard mode. Or the easy way: in the title screen hold down r1,r2, r3, r4, and spin the right joystick around until you hear a gunshot and a demon and woman say "Devil May Cry" you can also play as Sparda now too :D

Why use a hack dude ... infinite devil trigger ... not cool! I have been through this game on my ps2 so many times and it is still one of the best games of its genre,tho you should try higher difficulty settcings such as "Dante must die" or "Heaven or hell"(this one proved to be not as entertaining but challenging in some ways).

You got the right idea though trickster is easily the best style for advanced gaming ...

All you said is nonsense kaaiooo, first, of course there's infinite devil trigger, as plr14 said. it's an unlockable costume. and second, there is no "best" style, it just depends on what you like. though the most advanced style definitely would be royal guard sind pushing a button in the exact fragment of a second is harder than just hitting a button+a direction to avoid an attack. also royal guard racks up stylish points pretty nicely and it's tons of damage if you unleash.

How did we go from great bosses like the ones in 1 and 3 to the sorry sacks of shit in 4? Nevan, Beowulf, Geryon, Lady, Vergil, Phantom, Nelo, Griffon, Nightmare, Mundus. Classic encounters! Nevan is fuckin' awesome as a boss, I just don't like her as a weapon. The guitar shit is just too corny for me. That's why DMC1's still my fav. It's a more serious, darker/horror themed game as opposed to the light heartedness of 3 and 4. I don't acknowledge DMC2. It didn't happen as far as I'm concerned...

In terms of Devil Arms you need something powerful yet fast such as Agni and Rudra or Rebellion,Because nevan is weak against cerberus, you need that in your DA arsenal.

you just need to run and dodge her bats, and jump or roll to avoid being shocked.

when she is low on life she'll attempt to drain yours.
