I have talked to Jeremy in this video a lot. I like what the Jesus Christians do. Some call you guys a cult, but I have never met a JC who tried to convince me to join. I am not a christian but find Freeganism fascinating as an anti capitalist. Also I have even taken to dumpster diving.
i don't like the fact that you disguise the fact that at the end of the day, you guys are religious fanatics behind positive messages such as in this song. There is no doubt western societies faces serious moral dilemmas in their everyday lives and in the greater picture involving our relations with the rest of the world, however subordination to religion is not the answer. it is indeed dangerous as religion, as illustrated in the middle east, fractures society causing hatred, violence, even war
If you bother to dig a bit deeper you'll find we're not peddling just another religion, but trying to provide answers to some of the big issues of the day. And yes, these answers come through the life and teachings of Christ. I'm glad you like the message in the song, as this is a starting point: if you like the 'fruit', maybe the tree ain't so bad after all!
What's all this business about flogging? I thought the video was pretty good. No offence, FB, but the only screaming seems to be coming from your direction. I notice you've been making other hateful posts elsewhere against the JC's. If you haven't got anything positive to offer, you may wish to consider going elsewhere for your internet fun.

Hopefully you can continue to gain inspiration to keep striving, and it is great to know that our music has been one source for such inspiration. Malcolm, it's significant that you chose a username based on a demonic "gatekeeper" in Ghostbusters. The public should know that your post is a slanderous lie. Malcolm left our community 25 years ago and has had no contact with us since. He hides in South Korea to escape legal action for his slander. Our work in Kenya continues; no sales of body organs, no mandatory quotas. But, yes, legal action against a family that almost killed one of our members. Get a life, Malcolm.
Well produced effort with limited resources Jeremy....however may I ask why you choose to work unpaid for a cult that in a life EVEN worse than the "systemite" you portray....mandatory distribution quotas, the sale of your body organs to "buy" publicity (and pay for legal action to silence relatives of members who dare speak out against your leader McKay!)....haven't you voted recently to dump the work you used to do in Africa and reconvene in a larger (more saleable?) group in the States

We distribute Christian literature because we see it as a fulfillment of the "Great Commission" (Mt 28:19-20), and none of us "sell" our body organs.
Legal action has been taken against my folks not because they "spoke out" against Dave, but because they tried to kill Reinhard. Please stop the slander.

I love the message of this song! We are free to do what is right, and don't have to live by what regular society tells us. It's like it's saying if we would follow our conscience we will have a full and better life, rather then just going through the motions for money and luxury. very cool.

Wow! What a fantastic song! Reminded me of Saint Francis leaving his worldly life and walking out of Assisi.
Thought the clip was good at showing the emptiness of living a selfish life. Made me want to go to Africa! Thanks JCs!
