  • I hate how these guys cannot admit to steroid use. Kai rambles on about genetics but in reality a large part of those "genetics" come from juice. Anyway's they still worked hard to get where they are at so props to them anyway.

  • @PistolStar21 It's 100% about genetics. Pro bodybuilding is all about genetics. You can train, eat and use the same steroids as Kai but you will never ever look like Kai. Bodybuilding is ALL about genetics. Genetics.

    So many people in the world have no clue what they are talking about, Steroid use is openly acknowledged in Pro bodybuilding, so why don't we all get over it...Who cares if they use the "Juice" That's their choice....Victor always gives sound nutritional & Training advice in a lot of his videos, we should be thankful that they give time to do this for "Youtubers etc"

    I do a rope pulldown first and then with the skulls just really focus on form, slow negatives and keeping my elbows in. It helps a lot. You obviously cant move as much weight but I honestly get a better pump and burn.

    After that I generally do close grip bench with a heavy weight. It's more of a off-season workout but it works well for me. I'm not saying it's great or better than what your doing but just a suggestion to give the elbows a break.

  • @safewaysecurity I get that problem as well sometimes a think the best way is just to try and keep ur elbows tucked in and dont recruit us sholders to move the weight.

  • I remember when I first saw this vid when it came out and I kept wondering who the hell is Kai Greene? haha and look at him now!!! He's one of the top BB's in the sport right now. Props to him, he came a long way through a tough journey. Much respect, cuz nothing came easy for him. He deserves everything that he has!

  • How come all I ever hear about is full range of motion and then watch some of the best pro's never go full range, always some type of partial. They don't seem to do the exercises as intended. For example when Victor was doing the overhead dumbell ext for tri's in the previous vid. If you ever watch him do back, it's the same thing. Can anyone explain?

  • Full range of motion is supposed to fully target more overall muscle work in a lift. However, partials usually focus more on one muscle or even on part of a muscle (example, half preacher curls for bicep peaks). Actually all that really matters is what movement works best for your muscles. Everyone is different. Sometimes full range will build your muscles best and sometimes partials with build best. You do whatever works for you.

  • victor will be in doubt to be in the Mr. O 2008. he tore a tendon stretching. i seriously doubt he'll be recovered AND ready to compete. so this year, cutler will probably win again. jackson and wolf will probably be the other top finishers. heath might be in the top 3 if he comes in looking like he did at the ironman.
