Awesome! we actually got in there once but we snuck in through an open window..I didn't know at the time there was a caretaker....until we noticed that someone was living there...I actually spoke to some guy today who I guess is incharge of the place. I asked if would be possible to go there and snap some pics...he said yes but didnt give me a day or time yet or price...So I guess I just have to wait for the call back.

@MissfitnKitten There was this Marine who said he had just bought it and was gonna turn it into a old folks thing with a huge add on. We saw a worker leaving so we begged him to let us in. Then the Marine was hella cool and he let us come back at like 1:00 in the morning. He only lived in one room so the rest of the house was how you see it in the pics. It was funny because he let it be known that he had a lot of guns. I think that was his way of saying "don't do anything stupid" lol.

i drew that house as a project back when i was in the 8th grade in IS . 34 and then i was done i posted the picture on my frige and the picture was ripped in half the next day . idk wtf happened . and i looked clsoer at my picture and there was a person standing on the porch . just a black mass. idk if someone was pranking me or something.

Used to live in buildings like these in the Netherlands, some of wich date back to the 1300ds.. Squats, these houses are unaffordable in good condition. One of them was an old Catholic hospital, it was the worst place to live.. I had a room with a view on the old mortuary building next to the joint. Yes, those where the days lol Once I got into bed I did NOT come out untill the sun was up. I'd rather pie out my window then walk the hallways alone at night f*** that, I don't play.

@Decembererykah23 I was scared hahah, there were weird noises every night, but then again, there was a lot of draft because most of the windows were broken or missing. The atmosphere was just depressing. One night I woke up and saw a short man in my doorway. I grabbed my basballbat and quickly wurmed myself out of the sleepingbag. The man ran, I yelled out to the others. The man was a bum who sneeked in, not a ghost, he hid in the basement where nobody wanted to go cauz of the leaking sewerpipe

@Decembererykah23 But one evening five of us went into the mortuary next door, all I can say is I could not stay there for more then a minute. There were noises of things dragging across the floor and whisper like sounds. But I HAVE seen and heard spirits in my life. And I was not on LSD when I saw 'em. But the times I really saw 'em I was not scared. Ones at my house a child ghost walked behind me and my friend saw her too at the same time. Not scary. just let them be. Peace.

Yea, the caretaker was a homeless former Marine, who made an agreement with the property's owner that he owuld live there rent-free in exchange for mowing the law, doing maintenence work, etc. He had teis with the mob, and they paid him $10,000 to kill a guy who was talking too much about their operations, he stabbed the guy to death in the basement of the house, and with the help of three mobsters; chopped him up into little peices and threw him in the mansion's furnace.
