No, it´s not. Axl confirmed it is called The General. Jacky Chan used to be a working title. He said: "The General is real. You might have heard parts somewhere."

seven is in fact fake. it was fan made using a riff by buvkethead and audio editing programs. now. checkmate was orignaly taken off youtube by axls record company which indeed states checkmate or the general is real. and as for silkworms.. this is the newest leak i have heard being that it was leaked a few weeks ago.. silkworms is in fact a real song written by axl and performed on few of his early 2001 concerts with gnr.. but that does not prove that the intro is real because it may be fan made

The Silkworms intro is indeed fanmade. Made (if I remember correctly) by Jackamo! of Eat My Silkworms fame.

About a year ago, there was an full instrumental version of Silkworms on youtube. But a full version of The General is nowhere to be found. Like Axl said: "You might have heard PARTS of it somewhere"...

Fernando is Beta's son who some say was involved with the leaks and Mister Saint Laurent aka MSL is a professional Wrestler. He is a Guns fanwho obtained some leaks, and put them on the big named Guns N' Roses forums such as "Chinese Democracy" and "mygnrforum". If you type Mister Saint Laurent in the YouTube search you will get a vifdeo of him discussing the leaks. There are also his pro wrestling videos too. There is also a guy, blue who claims to have full songs like The General and Atlas.

I don't feel certain a demo, clip, leak is real unless it comes with vocals, then you know its GNR, like the second leak in this video, hell, axl even confirmed it himself
