He was very smooth. My overall experience though, is that men in general tend to be more overt & women covert.

I had a female colleague who bullied me heavily. She was a sniper who would gossip about me behind my back. Would employ the boss and everyone around me to help corner me (it went as far as Mum and Dad).

It got that bad that I lost large quantities of sleep over months.

I eventually became so angry that I wrote her an angry letter and confronted her. This made her cry in the office and later that day she apologised.

I then left the job later.
