  • I love how he didnt follow procedure when making crispy yet he did put it in the pressure cooker but did not close it so maybe thats how they do it there but not where im from and even then we dont use an open fryer unless we are holding on alot of chicken. but i agreee this store is rather messy

    makes me sad to see this after beign with the company for 4 years maybe instead of filming she should have been cleaning or helping

  • i work for 5 years in kfc and i cook the hot and cryspy not on open fryer.. u can cook..i programing the fryer without pressure...and the tempture too u just handling the book and programing the fryers

  • @insaneasme I work at kfc.. unfortunately and you are meant to put the chicken into the basket go into the water, wait a bit, into the flour mix it around, use that sift basket thing, then back into the water and then back to flour then cook...

  • cold water, you dip it in there and re-mix it in the flour so then it becomes more thicker outer-skin, it looks crap when it is not done like that
