I got to see it in person at TWC '07 too.....there is a picture of this tank next to the word 'badass' in the dictionary....I'm used to seeing the 6x6 Argos or whatever with a big plywood box mounted on top being called a tank. Yeeaaah, riiiiight....I'd like to see more like this, with a little more thought put into the project.

No, right now it uses a friction drive. Old car rim with steel hoops welded to the outside with semi tire retread bolted to the hoops. Soon to be sprocket driven with new all steel tracks.

they are hand made, we got the materials at home depot. same goes for the rest of the tank.
