  • @pe5ca what is interesting to me, why are they standing in the water? With anything in the water with teeth like that, I'd be scared to death... Payara and Piranha both live in Brazil... These fish are much more likely to attack someone than a shark... I feel safer in the ocean... haha

  • scomb, all release, Xingu and Tocantins River. this fish need special care for his release. 1 - he fights like tarpon, extreme tiredness. 2 - if it is loose tired, will be eaten by piranhas.

  • Hope you did released these gorgeous payaras to the river. You got the films, why to kill them? As sport fisherman, shouldn't we obliged not only to enjoy the catch but to teach our generations and others to CATCH AND RELEASE??
