there is a lot of data that says they have a base on the moon. Apolo mission has audio tape of them on the back side of the moon with the crew discussing something about "look down there the lights are bright," and the other goes "ya I don't think they get out much"

Because they landed inside a crater, in the impact, the water should have been evaporated instantly, also, water is deep BELOW the surface, not just 10cm below, also, water is not all over the moon, just in some areas. The water is only in certain areas of the moon and below the surface and its bound up with minerals. Its not just a frozen pool sitting there and there's not that much of it compared to the surface area of the moon. We're talking ice that was deposited there by passing comets over billions of years. Nasa doesn't hide anything, they share their data with scientists around the globe and always have.
