Great finer points. Had an accent, but understandable. He said to not use an overpowering olive oil that is peppery, as it will cover the delicacy of the Vongole (clams), so use a milder olive oil, from the south, "not because Im from the south", but because it's milder. I think if you have a travelled ear, you can understand anyone with an accent. Thank you once more.

Before you start teaching, learn to speak English that people can understand. THEN do it where all the loud background noise isn't louder than you. THEN speak slowly enough so people can understand what you are saying. THEN get a video guy who can hold a camera still and point it at your face so we aren't just looking at your mouth. A poor excuse for an instructional video. Pointless because it's impossible to understand whats being said. If you can't do better than this, then don't bother.
