actually in china theres a LOT of strays, some of them just trot right into a store and no one cares, and some times the pppl at the store feed them, i was a resteraunt in china once, they fed some leftovers to a random dog that just walked in, so if u want a free dog or cat (with some risk of getting a disease....) go to china.

Most of the stray dog and cats in china are perfectly fine with the way they're liveing, theres plenty of food stands to steal food from.
