The second guy is an assistant from one of the students who can imitate like him. The teacher just took a different approach in teaching and the students loved it. He had this Microphone attached, so in the second demonstration when his assistant (walking across the hall from 0:37 to 0:58) pretends as if he was talking (see, he doesn't show his face) the teacher actually walked outside the hall.
Must suck to be in a class like that where the teachers don't even know who you are.
