The dead body thing happened to my brother and I too!! We were driving in the creepy, dark countryside about a half hour from our house when we saw what appeared to be a naked, overweight woman lying crumpled near a fence post on a side road. We were so freaked out that someone had made a dropoff, but felt it was our duty to check it out. The dead woman illusion remained intact until we got about ten feet from the fence post, when we realized it was a STINKING CLUMP OF TRASH BAGS!

I am sorry to say I have you pwnd on the mannequin story. My mom found 26 mannequin legs put out for the trash on someone's driveway. She made me go out and load the car with them at 12am. I was terrified that there was going to be a real leg buried under them, but thankfully there wasn't. However there was a mannequin hand and when I went to pick it up I could have sworn it was real. I ran back in the car screaming and the people came out of there house. I was so embarressed!
