DOWN WITH THE TERM HATE CRIME!!! A persons reasons for committing a crime should not come into consideration when judgment and sentencing is passed. It further instills into peoples minds that we are different, when we are trying to achieve the same thing; equality for all. All crime is hate crime or no crime is hate crime. I'm not LGB or T and from an outside view it seems that you guys always want special treatment. I'm not anti-gay by the way, it's just Hate Crime I don't agree with.
