Abortionists have been successfully sued by women for not disclosing abortion breast cancer link. Informed consent is a legal obligation requiring physicians to fully inform their patients of the risks associated with any surgical procedures recommended by them including abortion. Physicians who do not inform their patients of the elevated breast cancer risk associated with abortion expose themselves to considerable legal liability and can be sued for medical malpractice.
So far, there are 5 lawsuits that are favorable to women who have sued their abortion doctors for not informing them that abortion is linked to increased breast cancer risk
Example:
Dr Charles Benjamin & Cherry Hill Women's Center in New Jersey paid a settlement to a 17 yr old patient for not disclosing abortion-breast-cancer-risk
Australian attorney Charles Francis won lawsuit on behalf of woman suing abortionist for not disclosing abortionb-breast-cancer link. Case was filed in County Court of Victoria (Med Division) No 2000/06190
Currently, three U.S. states – Texas, Mississippi, and Minnesota – have statutes expressly requiring abortion providers to inform their patients that abortion may increase the risk of breast cancer. But under pressure by pro-abortion groups, Minnesota’s health department backed away from its own requirement in its materials. A fourth state, Kansas, provides the information through state publications, including its web site.

National Cancer Institute held a workshop in 2003 that concluded having an abortion does not increase risk of breast cancer. Here is what the National Cancer Institute (NCI) doesn't tell you: Planned Parenthood (USA's largest abortion provider) has been reported to donate millions of dollars to NCI. Therefore, NCI relies on abortion money to fund their research & thus an incentive for bias research exists. Cancer researchers' salaries come from abortion money. Obvious conflict of interest
