Nothing against the new GT - which is awesome - but I have a soft spot for the 1996-98 Cobras. Had trouble finding a decent one, though, at least around where I live (Chicago suburbs). Stocks ones are rare, and often beaten up and over-priced. Any tips on where to find a nice one? Thanks for posting your pix.

This is a sexy stang..He went with the perfect saleen rims, black headlight covers, a uncatted x pipe and tinted it..This stang is sexy, hell pretty much any stang from 04 and back, blacked out with saleens is sexy. @elite055 mm I wont lie, its pretty loud. mac longtubes, mac offroad hpipe, and 40series mufflers + built DOHC will do the trick. i dont want to know what it sounds like at a flyby. but if the windows are down and i nail it. good luck hearing anything else.

This has got to be the best Mustang Cobra I've heard in a long time!! I got a 94 Cobra with the 5.0 & Flowmasters (no headders just manifolds) and she sounds good but it dosen't have the omph like yours. By the way your interior wouldn't happen to be tan would it? I have a black & tan stang. I'm also hopping to get some Cobra R rims in the near future.

I have a 97 cobra with a vortech on it at 10psi, full exhaust but not long tubes and on a conservative tune i put down 460 to the wheels. I have a strange feeling with 12 psi and the longtubes and catless Hpipe you'll make somewhere near 500 to the wheels, pending the tune and how conservative you run it

Do you have original 40s welded in or is that the american thunder catback with delta 40's (silver cases) or the new catback with super 44s (black cases)? It sounds real good. You should post some vids of you reving it and some more drive aways and flybys with you getting on it a little more.

My exhaust setup is mac lt's, mac o/r hpipe, and original 40s welded in. And I love the exhaust setup, i think it sounds great as well. It does sound like most cobras but, thats what I like about it. I will definitely have more videos in the future of the car. When I shot this video, I was still breaking in my new engine so I couldn't really get on it or anything.
