Not exactly. She didn't actually kill the man, she simply moved his body away to remove evidence and help out the defendant (although unfortunately this ended up backfiring).

@MegamanNG But you could argue that without this "backfire", we wouldn't have the Ace Attorney games. xD No Phoenix Wright. >.<
