I live just north of Milwaukee so I can hear their talk stations all the time, and they will all say exactly the same thing. Chicago can barely handle the amount of traffic they have now. Their inner city is a disaster and their metro rail system can't handle extra traffic.  That was the primary reason the IOC didn't want them.
