It was just horrible the love scenes the only turning point of that movie was Christopher Lee. While the 1st movie had many battle scenes. You get a lot of CGI in the 2nd movie while in the 1st movie they had to train all the time for the Darth Maul which is one of the best duels in the whole series. The 2nd movie would have been better in my opinion if they had fixed the dialouge for many scenes and had better love scenes they felt too plain and cliche U can agree with me or not.

I remember the Clone Wars TV show in 2004-2005 on CN. It was low budget, 5 minute episode, 2-D cartoons, but they were more Kickass than the new series, and more importantly, THEY WERE CANNON! This new series in NOT cannon, at all. Grievous doesn't meet Anakin or Obi-wan until 3. I actually remember in late 2004, Grievous made his FIRST appearance on that show, I shit you not, and he beat the living shit out of 5 jedi AT THE SAME TIME. And the show ended LITERALLY at the beginning of Episode 3.
Never watched this and never will. I made it through 1 2 and 3 and kept quite about it but this shit is just WTF. I dont want to watch it because I fear I will be turned from Star Wars forever

I saw phantom menace in a theater when I was 6 years old, an age most of you probably got into the original trilogy. I love ALL the movies. Don't get me wrong, the originals are better, but the prequels are not as bad as people make them out to be.

The reviews are like an hour each and thoroughly explain the major flaws of the films. I'm not asking you to change your opinion, but I definetly think the videos can help you understand why a lot of people despise the prequels.

Dumbing down star wars to kids is a HUGE mistake. I thought that Lucas learned the lesson 25 years ago when he introduced the FUCKING ewoks, but no he somehow managed to make that mistake the 3. time ( Ep. III is good btw ).
Ok I just want to say something. I thought Jar-Jar Binks was a good character. I liked him because he added some comic relief. The Phantom Menace was my favourite movie. In order of least favourite to most favourite in my opinion I would go 4 5 2 6 3 1. That's my opinion. I accept that other people have different opinions. But the comment box was there. You know what bugs me? Anakin is completely different. I hated him in Ep2 and Ep3, but whats all this talk about "A jedi should be humble"...?

Even though you know what will eventually happen to most of the characters, I like how they're thrust into situations where you're wondering how they can possible get out of it. I agree with Leon where after getting used to the animation I thought it was pretty good. Yes the animation isn't the best but not everybody is Pixar. and the animation has gotten better with the tv show.
Clone Wars: I havent seen it, but ive heard that the TV series is pretty good and atleast its introducing a new generation to Star Wars. kids come for the weaker stuff but stay for the classics. i have a soft spot for the prequels though (mainly because i was born in '95 and theyre the reasons i saw Star Wars in the first place)

Dumbing down star wars to kids is a HUGE mistake. I thought that Lucas learned the lesson 25 years ago when he introduced the FUCKING ewoks, but no he somehow managed to make that mistake the 3. time ( Ep. III is good btw ).

Ok I just want to say something. I thought Jar-Jar Binks was a good character. I liked him because he added some comic relief. The Phantom Menace was my favourite movie. In order of least favourite to most favourite in my opinion I would go 4 5 2 6 3 1. That's my opinion. I accept that other people have different opinions. But the comment box was there. And I used it.

You know what bugs me? Anakin is completely different. I hated him in Ep2 and Ep3, but whats all this talk about "A jedi should be humble"...?
He was a whiny, obnoxious dumbass, and in this it's like he's a completely different character. Ok that could be a good thing, but it just goes to show that George Lucas (The creator of this franchise. Just wanted to stress that out) doesn't even understand it, besides from the marketing.

Even though you know what will eventually happen to most of the characters, I like how they're thrust into situations where you're wondering how they can possible get out of it. I agree with Leon where after getting used to the animation I thought it was pretty good. Yes the animation isn't the best but not everybody is Pixar. and the animation has gotten better with the tv show.

Clone Wars: I havent seen it, but ive heard that the TV series is pretty good and atleast its introducing a new generation to Star Wars. kids come for the weaker stuff but stay for the classics. i have a soft spot for the prequels though (mainly because i was born in '95 and theyre the reasons i saw Star Wars in the first place)
