First off, America is running out of money. I personally think the NWO is required for them to maintain the status quo. the money is gone, and the debt is at a World Record. Kissinger himself says that this isn't a crisis because they can use it to form a "New world order".

I was doing my own research on Obama this morning, which is what led me to this video.
The main reason this is all happening/has happened is that not enough people get together and really, truly stand & fight for their beliefs.
I see all these protests with good reasons, but they all back down when it really comes to a fight. That is what it will come to eventually. The more of us willing to lay down our lives for a better life for everyone, the higher chance we have of making the world better.

Hey man, don't assume I don't know anything - I'm limited to 500 letters remember. I've read about the creation of the income tax. The history of the 16th amendment isn't all that relevant. I agree that it was a bad idea and it's just there to conceal how much of our money the gov't takes. But it's the constitution now, so to say it's unconstitutional because you don't like how it changed the constitution is like saying the bill of rights (amendments) is unconst. because you don't like it.
In any case, the constitution is not dead because it's changed in a way you don't like - it was intended to be changed. If you don't like the changes, then there is a process to take them back out. If there was no such process, we'd probably have seen the end of America a long time ago.
Also, I agree that the way we've conducted ourselves in the middle east has made our problems worse. That doesn't mean leaving countr(y/ies) in shambles we put them in is the way to solve the problem.

2. You are splitting hairs. If you want to get specific, that's fine, but the constitution gives you the right to do so before the supreme court and let them decide. So far as I know, nobody has done that on this issue. If you really want to be detailed, the constitution says that only congress can declare war, but it never says that a declaration of war is required to attack a nation. My point is that this is all up to interpretation. Take up up with the SC if you disagree.
2. From Article 1 section 9 of the constitution itself

There was nothing remotely constitutional about the Iraq war, it is flat-out illegal.
The President doesn't have to power to declare war ANYWHERE in the constitution, unless under an imminent and undeniable threat. In fact, the President was never meant to have much power at all, not just in terms of war.
Also, 50 States went to war and by definitely the United States is still a "State". Ever heard the term "State of israel?" Same thing.

I don't entirely disagree with you on the right/wrong part of this, but whether or not it is illegal is dependent on subjective definitions of the words war, state, declaration, etc. It's the SC's to decide, and I'd support someone who wanted to challenge it. If you want the constitution to be more specific, I'd be all for lobbying for an amendment. But whether or not it's illegal isn't obvious to me.
Fixing Iraq is not a question of honor or obligation, it's a question of security. The Taliban came to power because we helped Afghanis fight the Soviets for years, then after they were done fighting our war, we left their country in ruins to be taken over by whatever dictator decided to show his face. I'd rather spend another 10 billion tying up loose ends than give our next shitty president an excuse (terrorist attack) to invade another country he doesn't like.

I agree that we have a debt problem, and like you say, there's another whole debate to be had on the fed. But it's a question of priorities. If you have a choice between paying down your credit card bills or eating, you choose eating. Maybe we don't agree on where the priorities should be, but the point is that just because we owe an assload of money we don't have doesn't mean there is no situation that warrants spending. By the same logic you could say we should close all schools.

We can agree that there is no money to pay for building stable governments in Iraq and Afghanistan. My point is that that is irrelevant because a) we have to do it to secure our future safety, and b) there are a lot of things we waste money on that are less necessary than our security.

Economics and the Wars are more intertwined than you think. Look what happened to the German Mark after they overextended themselves. Same thing will happen to the Federal Reserve note. There are dozens of historical examples of what happens to money when empires over-extend.

Until I saw this video, all the NWO stuff seemed like conspiracy, fear and angst. I don't mind watching this video, but most of what the rest have to say about this issue is all science fiction doom and gloom. If more people made videos with clear points like this, I might actually be willing to hear what they have to say.

If we still to this day, deny that there is an "Unconstitutional Agenda", then the constitution is dead, and we might as well forget about it, cause we sure as hell dont understand it enough to fight for it.
I also think that if the gay community so strongly backed Obama whom doesn't even support gay marriage, instead of the Libertarians that would actually give it to them, we have some very ignorant voters out there. And we're not doing a good job getting the message out. Gays should be flocking to 3rd parties, but they aren't.
People are still stuck on the "us vs them" mentality. Many voters showed up not knowing what a Libertarian or Green is, they just knew they didn't like McCain, and Obama is a good speaker. We won't see "change" until 3rd parties get in on the action. I propose that instead of just complaining and sounding like conspiracy theorists (we do), we actually educate people about third parties, and how little the two largest parties differ.
The evidence for a global conspiracy is fairly scant from what I have seen. All I have seen are claims without little support or evidence presented which is false or distorted.
It's not trying to prove a global conspiracy, and even states that to make sure no one gets confused.
The concept is to make Americans aware that there is most definitely an "Unconstitutional Agenda", not necessarily a grand conspiracy.

Globalization is simply things beginning to happen on a global scale. There's nothing horrible about it. Maybe we could all go back a few thousand years to a time when there was no globalization, but I like the world right now.
War has always been a part of civilization. Globalization has already occurred. It is not one world government but that is completely different from globalization. Trade, our greatest peacekeeper, is globalized and I think we are far more peaceful because of it. We cannot be isolationists anymore.
Well I agree that some "globalization" has already occurred, but i argue that there is far more on the way, and i don't think it's a good thing at all.

I don't think FOX news is any more of a propaganda machine than any other Major news netowork on TV. I used CNN's Lou dobbs, since he talks A LOT about the "Free Trade Agreements" and most normal people, know who he is and trust them.
The goal of this video was to convert some of my family members, and it actually worked. If they hear their talking heads, talking about some of the "conspiracy" crap i do, it confirms it for them.

The constitution was written to protect the individual rights and liberties of each and every individual citizen.
I admit the society, culture and times were flawed, but the Constitution was not written to benefit slavery in any way.
Slavery existed in other cultures and nations during that era as well. It was an issue of "Time" not the constitution.

I was doing my own research on Obama this morning, which is what led me to this video.
The main reason this is all happening/has happened is that not enough people get together and really, truly stand & fight for their beliefs.

My favorite part is where it says the 16th amendment is unconstitutional. Newsflash: amendments are the constitution. If you don't like them, too bad, they passed.
The problem with the maker of this video, and a lot of people in this country, is that they just don't see a middleground. You either agree with them 100 percent, or you are trying enslave Americans or create some empire. I disagreed with the Iraq war, but that doesn't mean you walk away from Iraq after making a gigantic mess.

Hey man, don't assume I don't know anything - I'm limited to 500 letters remember. I've read about the creation of the income tax. The history of the 16th amendment isn't all that relevant. I agree that it was a bad idea and it's just there to conceal how much of our money the gov't takes. But it's the constitution now, so to say it's unconstitutional because you don't like how it changed the constitution is like saying the bill of rights (amendments) is unconst. because you don't like it.

We need to convince people to want to change it first... otherwise it'll never happen.
People are waking up to this stuff though, every libertarian / independent / anti-government movement appear to be growing.
It wouldn't be the first revolution in america, and it would only require like 1% of the population to accomplish.
Im not advocating violence in any way. Just demanding that our leaders own up to their war crimes.

In any case, the constitution is not dead because it's changed in a way you don't like - it was intended to be changed. If you don't like the changes, then there is a process to take them back out. If there was no such process, we'd probably have seen the end of America a long time ago.
Also, I agree that the way we've conducted ourselves in the middle east has made our problems worse. That doesn't mean leaving countr(y/ies) in shambles we put them in is the way to solve the problem.

Just because laws and wars were passed and started, doesn't mean they were legal. The constitution has been stepped on essentially. Even the basic principles don't stand up anymore.
I hear you, and admire that you want to fix up Iraq but i'm sorry dude, you can neither afford it anymore, nor will it stabilize the region.
Soon the harsh reality of the economy will completely change the war situation. it's best to get out asap

Parts of the patriot act are definitely unconstitutional, and the system has, very slowly, started pointing out those bits. I am not aware of any support for the Patriot act by Obama - maybe I'm missing something?
The Iraq war was stupid, but it was not unconstitutional. It was approved by Congress, and in my opinion it's a legal war. Are some of the Bushies guilty of treason for lying about the circumstances? Yes. But that's not a constitutional issue.

1. Obama first said he wasn't going to vote for the patriot act, but then he did. He's not going to abolish it, he's going to "Modify" it. I'll admit I haven't studied up on what exactly he'll modify yet, but he's shown support

Congressional approval is required by the constitution, before the nation goes to war. Bush went under "UN Resolutions" not the US constitution

- I don't know what he wants changed. But it's a big bill. I wouldn't be surprised if SOMETHING in it is worth keeping.
- Congress approved the war on October 11, 2002, so it is constitutional.
The fact that congress made a shitty decision doesn't make the process less legal. Bush's people lied about the facts, which is treasonous. But Congress ate the facts up, and no one can prove the misinformation was deliberate. It was dumb, but legal.

1. As long as the basic rights of individuals outlined in the constitution are maintained, i have little problem with most bills or acts. The patriot act contradicts the constitution in devastating ways, it will require alot to make it constitutional
2. You understand that there was no "Declaration of War" at all which is required under the constitution, right?
They simply abdicated on their responsibility and gave the President a blank check to do whatever the hell he wanted to do

2. You are splitting hairs. If you want to get specific, that's fine, but the constitution gives you the right to do so before the supreme court and let them decide. So far as I know, nobody has done that on this issue. If you really want to be detailed, the constitution says that only congress can declare war, but it never says that a declaration of war is required to attack a nation. My point is that this is all up to interpretation. Take up up with the SC if you disagree.

"No state shall, without the consent of Congress, lay any duty of tonnage, keep troops, or ships of war in time of peace, enter into any agreement or compact with another state, or with a foreign power, or engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay."
There was nothing remotely constitutional about the Iraq war, it is flat-out illegal.
Afghanistan is more arguable, imo

The President doesn't have to power to declare war ANYWHERE in the constitution, unless under an imminent and undeniable threat. In fact, the President was never meant to have much power at all, not just in terms of war.
Also, 50 States went to war and by definitely the United States is still a "State". Ever heard the term "State of israel?" Same thing.
The fact that any state, or president went to war with out a declaration, is ILLEGAL by the constitution!

He doesn't have the power to declare war, but he has the power to control the military. I don't entirely disagree with you on the right/wrong part of this, but whether or not it is illegal is dependent on subjective definitions of the words war, state, declaration, etc. It's the SC's to decide, and I'd support someone who wanted to challenge it. If you want the constitution to be more specific, I'd be all for lobbying for an amendment. But whether or not it's illegal isn't obvious to me.

Fixing Iraq is not a question of honor or obligation, it's a question of security. The Taliban came to power because we helped Afghanis fight the Soviets for years, then after they were done fighting our war, we left their country in ruins to be taken over by whatever dictator decided to show his face. I'd rather spend another 10 billion tying up loose ends than give our next shitty president an excuse (terrorist attack) to invade another country he doesn't like.

I agree that we have a debt problem, and like you say, there's another whole debate to be had on the fed. But it's a question of priorities. If you have a choice between paying down your credit card bills or eating, you choose eating. Maybe we don't agree on where the priorities should be, but the point is that just because we owe an assload of money we don't have doesn't mean there is no situation that warrants spending. By the same logic you could say we should close all schools.

Well i do advocate that Governments get out of the school system, but that would take time to properly establish, not something you can do overnight. ;-)
I truly do believe that governments should have very limited purposes, and the founders knew this. Governments simply have a terrible track record of getting out of control with the peoples money and lives.
The constitution was meant to be rule of law, and can be modified only when the strict individual principles are upheld.

OK you don't agree with the example I chose, but my point still stands. I agree that government is way too big, but protecting us is definitely on the short lists of things they are supposed to do. And regardless of how much money you owe your debtors, that responsibility has to be near the top of the priority list.

I agree that one of governments main priorities should be protecting the RIGHTS AND LIBERTIES of the people. These wars had nothing to do with that whatsoever, in fact, i argue that we are less safe now, than when we invaded.
These wars have done absolutely nothing to make us any safer.
Both the iraqi and american people are far less safe than ever, imo :-)

We can agree that there is no money to pay for building stable governments in Iraq and Afghanistan. My point is that that is irrelevant because a) we have to do it to secure our future safety, and b) there are a lot of things we waste money on that are less necessary than our security.
I agree that we are less safe and the war was pointless. That doesn't mean that we can't roll back our failure somewhat by leaving more intelligently than we went in.

A) Staying wont make anyone safer. Have you read "Dying to Win" by robert pape? It's a study, that PROVES that our occupation of their land is what allows Bin Laden and others to recruit suicide terrorists in LARGE numbers. Staying is only going to fuel the fire, imo.
B) You've already wasted all your money, you're out of it. You're in a MASSIVE debt. This is a chinese and saudi Financed war now, not American.

I think leaving now would be way more beneficial than leaving 2 years ago. We've done a lot of digging ourselves out of the hole over there. We might as well make sure it's filled with dirt and patted down.

The iraqi people very much hate your presence, for the most part. They aren't interested in becoming a product of US intervention.
I don't think leaving Iraq gracefully is possible at this point. You're still convinced that America can stablize the region. IMO, the last 6 years have proven that nearly impossible.
Iraq is still totally fucked up, and it will take decades to stabilize it, if it's even possible.
You wanna stay for decades? I think that's the goal anyways...

B) You're trying to discuss two different topics in one argument. The fact is that most of what we've been doing the past decade or two has been financed by foreigners. That is bad, yes, and it influences how much we have to spend. But I don't think it should influence the relative importance of what we would spend our money on, however much we have. I happen to think that working toward cleaning up this mess is high on the list. If you don't, that's fine. But they're two separate problems

Economics and the Wars are more intertwined than you think. Look what happened to the German Mark after they overextended themselves. Same thing will happen to the Federal Reserve note. There are dozens of historical examples of what happens to money when empires over-extend.
My point is you don't have money. it's gone. America is in a Massive debt. you dont have ANY money, whatsoever.
You guys aren't going to be able to stabilize the region with what you got left, sorry. It's a pipe dream.

Until I saw this video, all the NWO stuff seemed like conspiracy, fear and angst. I don't mind watching this video, but most of what the rest have to say about this issue is all science fiction doom and gloom. If more people made videos with clear points like this, I might actually be willing to hear what they have to say.

I also think that if the gay community so strongly backed Obama whom doesn't even support gay marriage, instead of the Libertarians that would actually give it to them, we have some very ignorant voters out there. People are still stuck on the "us vs them" mentality. Many voters showed up not knowing what a Libertarian or Green is, they just knew they didn't like McCain, and Obama is a good speaker. We won't see "change" until 3rd parties get in on the action. I propose that instead of just complaining and sounding like conspiracy theorists (we do), we actually educate people about third parties, and how little the two largest parties differ.

The concept is to make Americans aware that there is most definitely an "Unconstitutional Agenda", not necessarily a grand conspiracy.
If you don't think the UN, Iraq occupation, afghanistan occupation, 140+ US bases wordlwide, Unionizing of economies etc, is not enough evidence of globalization, then well.... we disagree.

Globalization is simply things beginning to happen on a global scale. There's nothing horrible about it. Maybe we could all go back a few thousand years to a time when there was no globalization, but I like the world right now.

War has always been a part of civilization. Globalization has already occurred. It is not one world government but that is completely different from globalization. Trade, our greatest peacekeeper, is globalized and I think we are far more peaceful because of it. We cannot be isolationists anymore.

You have to understand that some of these free trade agreements are SERIOUS violations of the constitution and give too few too much power over MAJOR Economic functions and trades
I dont like government intervention, because i feel that history has taught us many times what happens when government gets too big and unrestricted

Many of us Ron Paul supporters have been out here on Youtube for the past 2 years, spreading the message and debating the issues, while enduring frequent barrages of insults from people who didn't understand that there are/were no fundamental differences between any of the so called "top tier" candidates.
More and more people are starting to do the research and understand that there's much more at stake here than seeing a representative of their party being elected as president.
