i want to point out two things.....why did he just try and make the bicep curl seem complicated....second...did he really say to use your triceps to help a bicpe curl???
Very good video for beginners and even for advanced trainers. There are so much "wrong" techniques among trainers that causes injuries and more pressure to joints than to muscles.
I can recommend your way to approach training and your videos are very useful to check out for everyone.
