For example, I think that Newscorp got a shitty deal in buying Myspace. However, Newscorp believed it was a good deal. The distinction between these two views is that I feel Myspace was overvalued, Newscorp feels that it wasn't. It is disappointing that no one mounted a defense to Levin's inquiries. Worse, but expected, is the public ignorance that ensues.
