@peoniesfleur After doing a bit of research, I humbly acknowledge your correctness in regards to raw garlic at least. It seems the chemical in raw garlic called allicin, has a potent antibacterial effect as well as other health benefits. Not so sure if it'll prevent food borne illness though; so let's hope you, Dr. Bass et al, continue to yum up all of those lovely bacteria in good health :)
@peoniesfleur Re: “Raw garlic kills Salmonella.” Have you scientific references to support that claim?
That the Japanese eat raw fish (I do too as sushi and sashmi) but that does not mean there are no foodborne hazards involved: ciguatera, scrombrotoxins, and parasites depending on species of fish. Re: “Free range and organically raised meat or eggs are much safer.” Have you a scientific study to support that? Even the Organic Foods Industry don't make such a bold claim.
@peoniesfleur You and Dr. Bass may have been lucky so far. Salmonella can survive (for months) but not grow at the frozen state. And growth can occur during the defrost. Homemade ice cream using contaminated raw eggs has been known to cause outbreaks. Also you should consider that incident in 2007 with ConAgra and their frozen Banquet brand dinners. It's a chancy prospect to consume raw and undercooked poultry not only because of salmonella but Staph. Aureus, Campylobacter Jejuni, and L. Mono.
chicken liver is one of the most disgusting things on earth. i worked in a company that produced those shit... they put all of the inside of a chicken in a large giant pot full of nasty stuff livers swimm on top mhhh ...

Looks like a pot of Salmonella Surprise. Those chicken livers didn't seem thoroughly cooked. Other than that, looks like a tasty dish.
