Could be your hair texture, lifestyle, products etc...Do you wrap your hair at night? If not then thats a huge problem. Also, your hair texture matters, itf you have soft/straight hair then it may be a little difficult for your twist to stay.

But you have to remember in the beginning stages of locs many of them will unravel its all apart of the process.
