Well i am a guy and basically by looking at your video, you are going by what studies say in which someone out say the product is bad for the hair well your hair is a protein and some of the stuff in doogro products is good for the hair and what is means by pertrolatum not being good for the hair its means not over putting to much in the hair because doogro products do work if you use a small amount daily

even with the petrolatum, its still a great product..vitiman a, d, and e cant beat that...and mineral oil is okay for some black people hair..cuz african american hair dont produce much oil on its own like white or mexican ppl hair do

I think they are both bad and one of them is the derivative of the other.

o o.k. i was gonna get the mega thick hair vitalizer or the lotion. but they all had petrolatum or mineral oil. the two oils you got r the only ones w/out those ingrediants. but does the mega thick growth oil help gro ur hair faster or does it jus strenghten ur roots or both?

@ekard40 Do Gro Mega Thick oil doesn't have mineral oil. It has worked for me. However, find something that works for you.

It's because studies have shown that mineral oil and petroleum hair clogs your pores thus preventing you hair from growing as fast as it should

i stopped listening to that old grease is bad crap. grease works great for me. when i tried to stop and start using only oils my hair was breaking and getting brittle.

There is NO quick fix! The ONLY thing that TRULY makes your hair grow faster is a healthier YOU because your hair and nail are a reflection of how healthy you body is... research on how to be as healthy as possible (total body health care). Take care of yourself inside and out e.g. workout (it doesn't have to be related to weight loss) eat right (you are what you eat) and take care of your hair (the best things for it are NATURAL HOMEMADE products) and you WILL see the results you so desire :)

to be completely honest i never believe grow aids grow hair like weed lol. I believe it makes hair healthy & that's how the hair ends up growing.. in my experience, Doo gro made my hair healthier because It had a lot of great oils good for sealing in the moisture in my hair (i am referring to the one without petroleum or mineral oil) It made my hair healthier, it allowed my hair to grow at its normal rate without breakage or split ends. hey I really need some help =/ . I also LOOOVE doogro -- it thickened out my hair like CRAZY!! and allowed me to gain some real length. Yet alot of people on youtube and on hair care forums are always sayin ''mineral oil is bad''...blah blah. But I mean its working for me right? I havent used the product again yet, but I mean to me it has not hinder my hair growth, it has done the opposite. Also noone ever gives a reason as to WHY its bad?!

lol i know what you are saying... most people say mineral oil is bad because it's a very heavy oil from the same family as the gas you put in cars. BUT there are two doogroos i know off that don't have mineral or petroleum oil so be on the look out for those ;)

@Summer1736 Doo gro is a great products bc it contains a lot of good oil (i prefer the 1 with mineral and petraleum oil). but u gotta use it well and that depends on ur hair & how it reacts to it. It helped me keep my hair healthy but i cant say it will do the same for every1. I saw try it & be patient. dont over do it and dont rely solely one doo gro take care of ur hair on a regular basis: condition(try to make ur own i find they r more effective), wash, moisturizes & do protective styles

Hi Gabbi , u shudent wash ur hair twice a week dats why it hasn't worked on ur hair. Black peeps hair shud be washed once every 2 weeks!! doo gro is the best , try washing ur hair once every 2 weeks becoz its not leavin the natural oils in ur hair xx

I LOVE DOO GRO PRODUCTS~ They work very well&yes ur absolutely right if a product is working 4u keep using it no matter what it has in it&other ppl say about it! if it aint broke dnt fix it! :)
