ok first of all ur breathing is the poorest and umm well i dunnoo at 1;44 ok that was stupid third so many of u r movin all and doing other movements theres no telling wats going on becuase of the movements u guys are singing bad oh and yes i am doing this song and we are much better nnp offense but bad bad work
This is really helping me for my performance. But what is quite funny-my choir director says that our boys are the "beast masters" when they sing "la la la" for that part in the middle. xD I sing the high part in that... I love it.
Also, if you figure out the translation for the beginning, It says that they're children, and they're so scared in the darkness that they hope that they're dreaming, then it sounds so cheery...
@BlackFlowersFall Its acually Tradition to move when you sing in other countries they find it boring if you dont! Actually my Junior High choir is singing a dong called Singabahumbyo ( i think thats how you spell it) and we have to move, A LOT, or else our choir teacher threatens to send us to the office. We don't mind, though, its nice to move when your singing!
@karanah828 We actually asked our Director if we could salsa to this song or something, but she hasn't given us an answer. We're singing this song for our school and families in a couple of weeks (I thought we were singing it at the Choral Festival today, but I guess I misunderstood) so I'm hoping she says yes.
@karanah828 She did allow us to dance to it and it's awesome =D We did the song for 5th grade orientation, and just last night during our night concert.
lol yeah it's 'Oye' and lol it's pretty hard, cause it's all spanish except for the chorus. we're doing this at the school choir and we're gonna appear on TV!!!!
Amazing job! This has to be one of the best versions of this song I've heard. The sopranos are strong and the sound is well balanced. The tempo needs to slower. Overall amazing job! :)
