  • Bahaha the last one was the best. She was hilarious. But they were all good

  • so i said to him, i said, Bernie, YOU POP THAT GUM ON MORE TIME!!!! and he did...

  • LOVE that the "Squish" girl is still in the cast in 2011 playing the same part :D and still hilarious.

  • Are they trying to make this a comedy.? If so, way to ruin the story.

  • @TheArlene707 well...I don't think so...you see, in Roxie's audience everything is very odd and strange, also funny. I did this show in Mexico, and it doesn't change anything in the story, because it is only the introduction to the jail... If they do this funny, it is like of you take off the show the song "Me & my baby" and you just expose the argument she is pregnant... there's no real change...

  • @srsocfn Yeah, I guess you could look at it that way.

  • They really are bad at their acting. >:(

  • lol like the song.....

  • These women are supposed to be lying through their teeth to try and claim their innocence... That is why their speeches are "overdone and overacted." 5 of them are guilty as sin, and have all been fed fake stories by their lawyers in order to get an innocent verdict. The tradgedy is the only innocent one is the one that ends up hanging. The original production was so over the top, to the fact that Razzle Dazzle was actually done as a circus production number

  • @ravinbubba thank you for being the only one who understands what the piece is going for.

  • This is awful. I'm sorry, but it's true! D:

  • this is stupid

  • i was very.......irated! : )

  • the actual singing was really good, dancing very professional, but i hate how they said their stories... it was just annoying...

  • @Katinaboxfull Agreed

  • so in the play is the Hungarian woman really guilty? I know she isn't in the movie.. but she seems guilty in the musical..

  • @ChibiCatinc No shes innocent. (:

  • @Kylezilla :/ Well.. xD She didn't seem too sad about it, like she was in the movie. That's what I meant by it. :3

  • This is terrible.

  • Milkman chick wtf?

  • I think this could be a comedy not so serious like the movie :)

  • @oliviajohnson12529 Well the play is originally done in a more comedic light than the movie. But it's just the director's opinion on how it should be done i guess? either way they're both good in their own ways but me being a theatre person i prefer the play version better. That and they cut out stuff in the movie that's in the play.

  • thee women are freakin funny

  • It's not that they make it funny, they are telling it as if they didnt do it, I LOVE IT!!

  • the redhead looks SO much like kate walsh

  • I can't believe anyone thinks this is real - this is a 'joke' performance on purpose, done tongue-firmly-implanted-in-cheek with the revival cast. Even the trumpet got involved with a horse-racing theme at the end.

  • this sucks!

  • I love pop...hilarious. The way theatre should be done.

  • @lukhaz87 haha i laughed so hard at her, shes brillinat :D

  • I prefer the serious version because its dark humour which suits what the song is about.

  • This number is supposed to be more comical. The movie made it way too serious for my taste. But, both versions are great.

  • I'm seeing tonight for my birthday seen it before but way back in 2002, maybe this one but i love the song! 'He had it coming!' xxx

  • The woman doing the "pop" story is fantastic!!!!!

  • it didn't have very much emotion...

  • The orchestra is too fast, the women have forced emotions while telling their stories, and there isn't enough "it" factor. This seems like a very botched preformance of the musical.

  • it was a whole different feeling from the movie a bit more comical, which i liked. i love the setting of the chairs and how they used it

  • This made me love that first monologue A LOT more!!!!! Love that woman! :D

  • Prefer the movie, but there people did a good job.

  • I like the way that they kinda seem unbelieveable its like they're practicing their stories for the stand which is essentially what they're doing since they all did do it except for the foreign woman.

  • i like how their stories sound rehearsed like for the witness stand.

  • the mellowdramatic acting gives the whole piece a new feel ... i like it

  • I love it xD

  • I think the women seem very forced when they tell there stories. Theres no attitude

  • I know, RIGHT! the movie was better. much better!

  • @ashabear77 i agree with ya there

  • @ashabear77 I think being forced was the strategy to the unique humour portrayed here :P

  • @ashabear77 i think it's supposed to seem like they're on trial

  • @KevCantStop I agree, since some of their stories are phrased so it makes them look innocent.

  • @ashabear77 really? i enjoy the way these actresses portray the characters. these women have different personalites within each other. if all of them have that attitude like in the movie, then they are all the same. thers my 2-cents, lol.

  • @ashabear77 that's the point..

  • @ashabear77 I think that's what they were aiming for. I think they were trying to make it seem like they were talking to a reporter/judge/lawyer or something.

  • I like the latino. That was the best one.

  • this is better than the other versions, besides the movie, that ive seen on youtube yet...

the girls did seem a little manly, but i dont think they were drag queens errahjones.

  • I like how they make it funny unlike in the movie where they sound very serious about the murders

  • I wish that the actors said everything a bit for sexual...you know?

  • The red head at the end is so damn sexy...can I have her number?

  • I think in the original of the musical it was supposed to be very edgey and overdone....hollywood just slowed it down for the purpose of the movie.

  • Can you post the scene with Mary Sunshine is revealed

  • I did not like it at all. Terribily, terribly overdone. The stories, with the exception of the Hungarian one, have some black humour in them but here they decided to make a parody of it. Horrible.

  • it is a stage show! how else are you supposed to do it? theatre on film always looks overdone. the whole show is supposed to be a parody on vaudeville.

  • It's the way it to be done. Each if the other 5 were the biggest headline in the jail until the next big story/ murderer has the new headline. the Hungarian is the only one to really be telling the truth THAT SHE DIDN'T DO IT.

The others have their witness stand stories which make them the victim and self defense for their murder.

  • going to see it wensday ! i got front row seats!!

  • The choreography was awesome,

and I love how the audience was reacting to their lines.

But I wish they would slow down

    when saying their anecdotes.

    It's really good though. :]

  • I believe Liz (Pop) is played by Michelle M. Robinson.

  • Who is Liz (pop)?

  • God I Love Roxane Carrasco

  • this is perfect lol...it looks like that after the other girls saw the reaction that the lady doing pop got from her funny interpretation of the lines...they copied to get the same reaction...eaither way it was joy xxx

  • AWESOME!

  • Who plays Velma?

  • It looks like Stephanie Pope is Velma.

  • who plays six? she sounds really familar.

  • Roxanne Carrasco

  • Wow, this is great! Thanks for sharing :)
