These companies know what's in food and exercise, they just don't advocate because that isn't their job. That's what health centers are for.

This video is interesting, much of it seems to be about curing disease, which, if this is the only question you ask, you will never figgure out how to create wellness.

@VitalDoctor That is a good point. One of the important things to realize about creating wellness is that the health-care industry is against promoting true health. But what is being assimilated into our health care professionals as education, is the promotion of methods to deal with symptoms of problems. There is no incentive to address the health reasons of why the problems initially occur. There is no profit for the industry to promote wellness.
