I think that was one of their problems. Making Asto older and injecting too much romance into the story. They lost the kids with all the "mush." I love Astor By, but I think that's one of the reasons why the film failed.

Saw this movie last night just as something to pass the time, but I couldn't pay attention to anything else. It was too short because I wanted more, but it was so good too. Plus Cora is pretty.

Astro Boy didn't start off as a game. It's actually a reeeeaaally old anime. I believe it started back when films were still shown in black and white. ANCIENT! lol.

This is the 2nd time I've made a comment like this. I didn't realize people knew so little about Astro Boy. I never seen the anime, but I remember reading about it in a magazine. ^_^

Go Astro! Hell yeah. I loved that movie. To watch it, type Milledrive into Google then look for Astro Boy. It isn't great quality but it's okay if you want to check it out before buying.

Cora is so cool in this movie. She seems like a typical "tough strong female" type like you see in so many movies, but she's actually better than that. She seems much more real. I really liked her.
