Just so everyone knows the wuxi finger hold works by making the victim feel fear so much in fact that all the light that comes from the attack is, is the victim losing his mind literally effectively killing them or very very very badly injures the person to the extreme. It alters the chi in no way it just uses the victims fear of the technique against them in a physical way. Although no such move exists.

I still dont think Po should have defeated Tai Lung so easily. Po may be the dragon warrior, and Ugauay may be right, but Tai Lung defeated the Furious Five and Shifu.

Tai Lung only wants to be more powerful than being grateful at the power he now possesses, Tai Lung focuses on straight up quick attacks. Po thinks on his feet just as Tai Lung does, but Po can reflect attacks. Tai Lung is powerful, but what he throws at Po, Po can throw right back at him, and Po isn't super serious, staying calm and composed wins the battle, that's why he could defeat him.

As you can see at 3:15 Po takes the complete attack from T Lung, and then counter attacks with the same power T Lung put in.

The reason Po was so strong against Tai Lung, was because T Lung's style is primarily focused on delivering attacks with tons of power, basically strength based. Po's style however, is to take a lot of blows without taking much, if any, damage, then delivering equally powerful blows, turning the opponents power against them. The more power an opponent has, the stronger Po is. Po also adapts and changes his fighting style depending on who he's fighting. to put it simply, PO IS AWESOME!!!!!
