@AMPLIGHTNING Last year's Chase was over two or three races early, what's your point? If someone locks it up two or three races early, then they probably deserved it because they worked harder and drove better than anyone else. Also, if you didn't use the Chase system in 2008, Carl Edwards would have won the championship by only 16 points, and Johnson would have beaten Kenseth by a mere 6 points in 2006 with no Chase!! 2004 aside, the Chase has actually made the points battle WORSE, not better.
